Key Duties and Responsibilities- Receiving, storing, and issuing of stock according to prescribed procedures and principles
- Accurate record keeping of physical stock received to be recorded on the inventory management system
- Offloading of all stock received
- Ensure systematic procedures and guidelines for the stores are enforced at all times
- Ensure minimum and maximum stock threshold are maintained at all times
- Assist with month end and year end stock take as and when required
- Maintain equipment, products, materials, and other stock within the stores, in neat, clean and orderly condition
