• Create high-fidelity UI designs for web, digital content, and marketing materials, ensuring brand consistency.

Who We’re Looking For:

• A relevant tertiary qualification
• 5+ years of experience in UX/UI design, Conversion Rate Optimisation (CRO), or website optimisation, ideally within high-conversion sectors such as e-commerce or travel.
• Proficiency in UX design tools (e.g., Figma, Miro, Sketch) for wireframing and prototyping.
• Strong knowledge of CRO tools (e.g., Hotjar, Optimizely, VWO, A/B testing frameworks) for data-driven UX improvements.
• Experience with front-end usability best practices and a solid understanding of HTML and CSS, with the ability to collaborate effectively with development teams.
• In-depth understanding of user psychology and behavioural triggers, enabling the creation of conversion-focused UX strategies.
• Proven track record in leading design projects and delivering impactful solutions that drive results.
• Analytical mindset, with the ability to interpret website performance metrics using tools like Google Analytics, heatmaps, and user testing platforms to guide optimisations.
• Visual design skills for crafting product interfaces, with expertise in typography, colour theory, and iconography. Ability to ensure pixel-perfect execution of UI elements.
• Extensive knowledge of user research and user testing methods, with experience using the most effective tools for each stage of the process.
• Experience working collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including Marketing (Brand, Content, Search), Tech, and more, to align on overarching marketing goals and optimise the user journey.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Understand product specifications and user psychology.
• Conduct concept and usability testing and gather feedback.
• Create personas through user research and data.
• Define the right interaction model and evaluate its success.
• Develop wireframes and prototypes to bring the product vision to life.
• Create user stories, personas, and storyboards.
• Determine information architecture and create sitemaps.
• Find creative ways to solve UX problems (e.g. usability, findability).
• Work with UI Designers to implement beautiful designs.

• 5+ years of industry experience.
• Proficient with industry standard design tools (e.g. Adobe CC, Axure, Sketch, Figma, Framer, InVision Studio).
• Technical experience/knowledge advantageous such as HTML, JavaScript & CSS.
