JOB DESCRIPTION:
DUTIES:
- Greet clients and make them feel comfortable
- Assess client needs and preferences before treatments
- Perform spa treatments such as massages, facials, body scrubs, and wraps
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of treatment rooms and equipment
- Provide advice on spa products and post-treatment care
- Monitor client comfort and safety during treatments
- Manage bookings and maintain client records
- Uphold health and safety standards
- Promote spa services and upsell treatments or products
- Stay updated with latest spa techniques and trends
EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS:
- Matric
- Spa Therapist or related Beautician / Somatology qualification is required
EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS REQUIRED:
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience as a Beautician / Somatologist / Spa Therapist
- Experience with various treatments and products
- Immediately available
- Valid driver’s license and own transport will be highly beneficial due to the location of the Spa
- Outstanding communications skills
