Must have experience with container orchestration (e.g., Kubernetes), platform engineering, service mesh, and secure enclave deployments. Must be proficient with hybrid and multi-cloud environments, including AWS, Azure, and private cloud. Must have strong knowledge of infrastructure automation (IaC), CI/CD pipelines, and infrastructure observability. The role is for a Solutions Architect specifically for HR, focusing on SuccessFactors and other HRIS components. This position reports to the HR Product Head. The candidate should have expertise in SuccessFactors, SAP HR, and integration tools such as SAP Cloud Platform Integration and SAP Business Technology Platform. Knowledge of cloud technologies (AWS / Azure) and data integration is also required.

Must have expertise in SuccessFactors, covering all modules, and integration into SAP S4 and data estate.
