Mission / Core purpose of the Job :

  • A sales specialist who works with the Solutions Sales lead to catalyse the customers use of the Fixed solutions through targeted Fixed Telecom Vertical scenarios and industry solutions.
  • Develop a catalogue of Fixed enabled assets and use cases to develop and augment the companys smart industry solutions in areas that include maintenance healthcare logistics asset tracking manufacturing transportation and smart buildings.
  • Lead and drive the pipeline for Fixed solutions owning the overall Fixed sales target.
  • Develop an effective network of Fixed eco-system solution sales partners focusing on the requirements of the companys targeted clients and in line with the companys
  • Conduct regular capability building sessions with OpCo sales teams to help translate business challenges and opportunities into practical Fixed enabled assets and use cases.
  • Responsible for solution development and commercialisation aligning with relevant cross functional teams to deliver accelerated market relevant propositions in a Minimum Viable product (MVP) mode.
  • Identify and articulate business value of Fixed solutions for the comanys target customer organisations through demonstrations and storytelling to provide evidence of business value in the customer environment.

Job Outcomes / Results :

  • Work with the Solution sales lead on the effective implementation and action plan to ideate develop commercialise and industrialise EBU Fixed solutions.
  • Work with the Solution sales lead to drive new revenue growth in Fixed solutions in line with defined EBU revenue targets.
  • Provide high quality business led Fixed marketing and sales collateral to the Regions.
  • Build capability in OpCo sales teams regarding Fixed solution and their benefits to Region target clients.
  • Key Activities & Responsibilities

    Budget Management / Cost Control

  • Identify cost-saving opportunities and efficiency improvements while ensuring that workforce needs are adequately met.
  • Identify opportunities to generate additional revenue.
  • Governance Policies Procedures

  • Participate in governance forums and required and ensure solutions / PoCs developed comply with Architecture and Business Linestandards defined
  • Work in alignment with Group standards practices policies and principles.
  • Ensure effective implementation of (and compliance towards) legislative requirements and company policies processes and procedures.
  • Manage and provide solutions to escalations that have multiple processes / functions impact on critical path of service delivery.
  • Continuously review key risks issues and dependencies and set mitigation actions. Proactively flag and escalate issues and manage impacts on resources cost and productivity.
  • Ensure compliance with SOPs and SLAs and other delivery obligations that directly impact customer experience and OpCo integration.
  • Facilitate collaboration between internal teams and partners to drive joint initiatives and resolve issues.

  • Contribute effectively to develop cross functional solutions.
  • Drives ongoing development of self and facilitates development ofFixed communities across the Enterprise Business

  • EDUCATION SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE :

    Education :

  • A bachelors degree in Computer Science Electrical Engineering orInformation Technology.
  • Relevant Certification recommended
  • MBA Advantageous
  • Experience

  • At least 8 years of technology and business transformation related experience in sales;
  • 5-8 years experience specifically selling or delivering services in a Telecommunications ICT / Technology systems implementation or Consulting environment
  • 5-8 years experience in partnering with business functions to translate business needs into technology solutions
  • Ability to analyse complex systems and identify connectivity flaws and vulnerabilities
  • Ability to deliver multiple solutions
  • Worked across diverse cultures and geographies advantageous.

    The primary purpose of the Solution Sales Executive is to achieve their overall revenue goal. In order to achieve this goal, the Solution Sales Executive Expert must create a complete territory business plan that generates at least 4x their quota in pipeline opportunity. The Solution Sales Executive Expert is responsible to identify and qualify opportunities, develop and drive strategy.

    The Solution Sales Executive will develop an opportunity plan containing the value proposition SAP's Digital Supply Chain solutions to potential customers & prospects in that territory. It is expected that the Solution Sales Executive be adept at creating and nurturing senior executive relationships on their own, while positioning the SAP executive team. In that capacity:

    • Works with the Sales Manager and team to develop and execute programs to drive pipeline & close deals
    • Works with the Regional VAT to educate target accounts on the solution set and conducts account planning for strategic deals
    • Works to uncover and run large sales cycles based opportunities as directed by the Regional Sales Lead

    We are seeking a talented and motivated Microsoft Solution Sales Professional- CRM Sales to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in sales, marketing, and business development with a focus on Microsoft products and services (Software /CRM). This individual will be responsible for driving new business opportunities, forming strategic partnerships, and increasing revenue through the sale of Microsoft solutions. Key Responsibilities: - Identify and target new business opportunities for The CRM Team products and services (Microsoft). - Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders within the industry - Build and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth - Lead generation and new business acquisition. - Collaborate with internal teams to deliver customised solutions to clients - Attend industry events and conferences to network and expand business opportunities - Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify areas for growth. - Keep abreast of Microsoft product updates and new releases. - Provide regular reporting and updates on sales pipeline and performance metrics. - Update and maintain internal CRM systems (Microsoft Dynamics 365). Qualifications: Grade 12/ matric (Essential) Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or related field (Preferred). 3 years of experience in sales, marketing, or business development. Consultative Selling, Ability to uncover client pain points and align Dynamics 365 capabilities to solve them. This includes tailoring demos and proposals to specific industries or business models. Strong understanding of Microsoft products and services. Proven track record of driving sales and meeting targets. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong organisational and time management skills. Proficiency in CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite, and other sales tools.
