This role focuses on designing robust, scalable, and compliant solutions aligned with client requirements and product capabilities. It serves as a subject matter expert (SME), guiding implementation teams and supporting clients through complex deployments.

Deployment Support: Create standardised deployment approaches for both productised and bespoke implementations.
Expert Guidance: Act as an SME and escalation point for Implementation and Support teams.
Requirements Gathering: Translate client needs into functional specifications, collaborating closely with stakeholders.
Documentation: Maintain detailed solution and deployment documentation for internal and external use.
Pre-Sales Support: Provide technical insight during pre-sales, advising on feasibility and integration.
Client Training: Deliver tailored training sessions to support client adoption and reduce post-deployment support needs.
Client Engagement: Foster trusted advisor relationships with key clients to enhance product adoption and feedback loops.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
5+ years of experience in solution design, systems design, or implementation within fintech or investment management.
Strong expertise in data modelling, system integration, and client-focused solution delivery
Knowledge of investment management technologies and standards.
Complexity Management : Effectively manages complex, multi-faceted requirements, translating them into practical, scalable, and reliable solutions that meet client and product needs.
Autonomy and Initiative : Demonstrates strong independent decision-making and problem-solving abilities, providing expert technical guidance and proactively addressing challenges with minimal oversight.
Analytical and Strategic Thinking : Uses data-driven insights and strategic analysis to refine solution designs, enhance deployment practices, and anticipate potential risks or improvements.
Creativity and Innovation : Continuously seeks innovative solutions to technical challenges, contributing to the development of scalable, user-centred, and forward-thinking designs.
