About the Role
We’re hiring a Social Media & Content Creator to manage and grow brand social channels, create compelling content, and produce on-brand visuals across multiple platforms. You’ll be responsible for everything from planning content calendars to designing assets, writing blog posts, and editing short-form video. This role is ideal for a creative marketer who thrives in fast-paced, visually driven environments, understands DTC e-commerce, and knows how to create content that builds community and drives engagement.
What You’ll Do
● Manage and grow Instagram, TikTok, and Pinterest channels. This includes content planning to posting
● Write and publish weekly blog posts aligned with the marketing calendar (product launches, partnerships, SEO topics)
● Design on-brand visual assets for campaigns, including social posts, website banners, email graphics, and blog imagery
● Edit and post short-form video content from in-house shoots, UGC, and photographer assets
● Ensure content is optimized for each platform and published on schedule
● Maintain brand consistency across all creative outputs
● Deliver monthly performance reports with insights and recommendations
● Collaborate with marketing, design, and e-commerce teams to align content with brand goals and product launches
What We’re Looking For
- 2–4+ years managing brand social channels and producing content for consumer brands (DTC experience preferred)
- Experience managing brands social media pages with large follower counts, able to keep engagement rates high while growing followers
- Strong skills in Figma, Canva and/or Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
- Confident in creating and editing short-form video for social media platforms
- Blog writing skills with the ability to match brand tone and style
- Strong eye for design, layout, and brand consistency
- Familiarity with e-commerce platforms (Shopify preferred) and social-first marketing
- Experience using scheduling tools such as Later, Planoly, or Buffer

You will be the hands-on day-to-day implementer and manager for both Fiber Tribe and Agency Acquisitions. This job will manage and schedule approximately 15 pieces of content per week across the two channels with the support of a full time video editor.
This includes but is not limited to:
Writing the scripts to record for Reels
Providing feedback on the video direction and quality of the videos. There is a video editor on the team who will edit and produce all of the video content.
