Hi I'm Keri, based in Mexico, and I lead the Account Management and Enablement teams at WeTravel. I'm growing a team focused on delivering exceptional service, solving real problems, and creating long-term value for our customers around the world.
If you're passionate about helping businesses thrive, excited by the challenges of working in a fast-paced SaaS environment, and love the idea of contributing to a product that supports travel entrepreneurs—then we'd love to meet you.
As an Account Manager, you'll be a key part of that mission: helping our amazing community of travel organizers get the most out of WeTravel while feeling truly supported every step of the way. If you're curious, proactive, and genuinely enjoy seeing others succeed, I'd love to hear from you.
How We WorkOur Account Management team sits at the heart of the customer journey. As an Account Manager, you'll work closely with clients—ensuring they're fully supported, informed, and maximizing the value of our platform. You'll collaborate with Sales, Customer Support, and even Product to share customer feedback and shape the future of our offering.
Our clients range from solo operators to growing travel companies, so adaptability and communication are key. A big part of your day-to-day will include answering questions, resolving issues, and identifying opportunities to upsell and cross-sell additional features. If you love building trust and solving problems, this is a great fit.
Role SummaryWe are looking for a Small Business Account Manager to join our growing team. In this role, you'll manage a high-volume portfolio of small business customers using a digital-scaled, one-to-many engagement model. Your main focus will be activating new and existing accounts through proactive outreach (including a high volume of cold calls), driving adoption of key features, and identifying growth opportunities. You'll work cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, and Sales to amplify the voice of the customer and ensure an exceptional client experience at scale.
Responsibilities- Own the post-sale relationship for a portfolio of 2,000+ small business accounts using a one-to-many model.
- Drive product activation and adoption through cold calling, targeted campaigns, automated sequences, webinars, and trainings.
- Proactively identify accounts with growth potential, upsell/cross-sell opportunities, and collaborate with the Small Business Team Lead to drive expansion.
- Monitor account health at scale, analyzing trends to surface risks and opportunities.
- Act as the voice of the customer by sharing feedback and insights with internal teams to inform product and strategy.
You should apply if you:
- Are fluent in English (other languages are a plus—be sure to list them in your resume).
- Have excellent communication skills—both written and verbal.
- Have strong interpersonal and customer service instincts.
- Have passion for helping small businesses succeed and delivering customer value at scale.
- Have 2+ years of experience in B2B account management or customer success.
- Havea data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze account performance and take action quickly.
- Are a natural multitasker who can manage multiple clients and needs at once.
Are solutions-oriented and calm under pressure. Thrive in a remote-first, fast-paced environment.
Bonus: Minor SaaS sales experience or experience with up-selling products;
- Bonus: Up-to-date understanding of the travel industry's consumer behavior;
- Bonus: Knowledge of Hubspot CRM or other CRM platforms.
You might not be the right fit if you:
- Prefer minimal customer interaction or purely reactive support roles.
- Aren't comfortable handling both support and upsell conversations.
- Lack experience working directly with clients in a B2B environment.
- Struggle to prioritize and manage multiple accounts independently.
- Full-time — Fixed Term Contract (as International Contractor or Employee based on location).
- Generous "Time to Recharge" policy — enjoy unlimited paid time off to rest and recharge.
- Amsterdam Program – visit us in Amsterdam (HQ) for 2–4 weeks annually, staying in one of our WeTravel apartments.
- Work remotely for a maximum of 4 weeks per calendar year.
- Annual team off-site (often somewhere sunny ).
- Extensive paid family leave.
