Position Overview: Responsible for maintaining, developing, leading, and supporting a strong environmental, health, and safety (HSE) culture within the project.
Key Responsibilities:
- Establish and ensure implementation of project HSE action plans
- Lead all HSE aspects of projects
- Develop and implement site-specific safety programs
- Create contractor training programs aligned with HSE policies
- Develop strategies for HSE management improvements
- Set up accident prevention and contingency plans
- Conduct regular inspections and audits
- Establish HSE reporting systems
- Manage Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) procedures
- Provide HSE training to team members
- Ensure compliance with HSE and security regulations

- Knowledge of transmission substations, OSHA45001, ISO14001 standards
- Experience with industry regulations, behavioral safety systems, risk analysis, emergency response
- Knowledge of HV regulations
- Strong problem-solving, leadership, and communication skills
- Valid driver’s license
