The purpose of the Site Quality Inspector is to ensure that roof installations are done in accordance with the required specifications and safety standards as specified by the organisation.
Duties & Responsibilities- Ensure that all products supplied to customers are according to prescribed specifications and quality standards.

- Perform tests requested to ensure quality and durability of products as required by the customer or management.

- Submit technical reports on all site inspections for the week to the Tactical Manager.

The Quality Control Inspector in the Plastic Injection Moulding Department is responsible for inspecting products, materials, and processes to ensure they meet quality standards and comply with industry specifications. Responsibilities:
Product Inspection:
- Perform regular quality checks on raw materials, in-process products, and finished goods to verify they meet established quality standards.
- Monitor and document injection moulding processes to ensure consistency and compliance with specifications.
- Identify defects or deviations from specifications, document findings, and report to the Quality Control Team Leader.
- Maintain accurate and detailed inspection records, including product samples and any non-conformance findings.
- Conduct and document standard tests, such as dimensional checks, visual inspections, and functional tests, using precision measuring equipment (e.g., gauges).
- Provide feedback on potential areas for improvement to production teams and support corrective action implementation.
