Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Order Fulfillment Controller, located in City of Cape Town. The Order Fulfillment Controller will be responsible for managing and overseeing the order fulfillment process, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of products. Daily tasks include coordinating with the supply chain and operations teams, monitoring inventory levels, processing orders, and handling any issues that arise during the order fulfillment process. The role also involves communicating with finance and other departments to ensure smooth operation and accuracy in inventory and order management.

Key Responsibilities:

•
Fleet Management
-Oversee the daily operations of drivers, ensuring compliance with operational processes and regulations

• Develop and Implement strategies to improve fleet utilization, reduce costs and enhance customer satisfaction

• Manage and Resolve Customer Complaints

•
Team Leadership
- Lead and Manage a team of driver controllers and Drivers

• Provide training, Coaching, Guidance and Development opportunities to ensure the team meets performance targets

-Manage the control room team as well as system administrators to ensure timeous delivery of orders and usage of the tech systems

Operations Management
-Ensure the achievement of company objectives and KPIs

-Analyse operational data to identify areas of improvement, optimize processes and implement cost – saving initiatives

-Ensure optimization of driver routes

-Manage deliveries of customer orders

-Process orders and liaise with other departments to ensure seamless daily deliveries

• Preparing presentations, reports and data analysis

• Support the function of this department

Customer Service
-Develop and Implement customer service strategies to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction, retention and loyalty

-Foster strong relationships with key customers, understanding their needs and tailoring solutions to meet their requirements

-Resolve all customer complaints

-Communicate informed risks within the business to key stakeholders

**Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have 3 or more years experience in Customer service, ecommerce, courier and or logistics and or supply chain (B2B and B2C being an added experience)

Accompanied with a degree and or equivalent qualification in logistics, business administration, supply chain and logistics or sales.**

• Knowledge of Finance and financial processes
• Strong Analytical Skills and detail oriented
• Excellent Communication skills
• Experience in Supply Chain Management and Operations Management
• Problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure
• Relevant experience in a similar role is a plus

• Reviewing and auditing claims files for completeness and accuracy.
• Resolving escalated issues and inquiries stakeholders Collaborating with other departments to streamline processes and improve overall processes.
• Analyzing claims data and preparing reports for management review.
• Implementing and enforcing best practices and procedures related to claims administration.

Qualifications & Experience
:

• Matric or National (vocational) certificate
• 3 to 5 years minimum proven experience in an administrative role, preferably in insurance, finance ,Supply Chain
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple deadlines effectively.
