Job Title: FRONT OFFICE SUPERVISOR/SHIFT LEAD
Location: Milnerton, Cape Town Employment Type: Permanent Full Time Availability: 01 October 2026
Gross Salary Range: R10k to R12k commensurate to experience and qualification

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Grade 12 Certificate
- Diploma in Hotel or Tourism Management advantageous – recent graduates welcome to apply
- REUIRED EXPERIENCE
- 1 to 2 years' experience in a 4-star full service environment in Front Office Management or supervision would be advantageous
- Experience with Opera Property Management Software essential
- Experience with OMNI Facilities Management software advantageous
- Previous experience in working in a large-scale property
- Previous experience with managing discipline in the workplace
- Previous accounting or night audit experience will be very advantageous
- Previous customer engagement and response experience essential
- Advanced capability in Microsoft Excel essential for this position
- Previous financial auditing experience would be advantageous
- Previous experience with budgeting and financial reporting would be advantageous
