Als je in het owned team aan het werk gaat ga je voor veel verschillende klanten aan de slag. Klanten waar je bijvoorbeeld voor kunt gaan werken zijn: Odido, PostNL, Zeeman, Beerwulf & Vattenfall. In een week probeer jij samen met je klanten de organische zichtbaarheid in Google Search, maar ook in zoekmachines als TikTok, Youtube en Bol, zo groot mogelijk te maken. Hierbij denk je out of the box als het gaat om oplossingen en laat je, je niet zomaar afbluffen door een kritische developer of online marketeer. Als klant lead ben je verantwoordelijk voor het bepalen van de SEO strategie en tactiek die het beste resultaat gaat opleveren. Daarnaast ben je ook niet bang om je handen uit de mouwen te steken en ook uitvoerende taken op je te nemen en denk je graag mee hoe AI ons werk niet alleen sneller kan maken, maar ook kan vernieuwen. Samen met de rest van het team werk je aan klanten, maar ben je ook bezig om de kwaliteit van SEO bij Springbok te verbeteren.

Wanneer je met meerdere specialisten op jouw klant(en) werkt ben je in staat je collega’s aan te sturen en werk te delegeren. Daarnaast weet je, je klant en collega te enthousiasmeren over SEO en de laatste ontwikkelingen.

Salary range: USD per month based on experience
Role Summary: The Marketing Specialist — SEO has broad digital marketing knowledge with a strong expertise in SEO. Their primary responsibility will be to support clients with on-page and off-page optimization, technical SEO enhancements, and keyword-targeted content recommendations to drive organic visibility and rankings. The right person will also have a broad understanding of digital marketing and the ability to perform basic cross-functional tasks within SEO and content marketing.
Responsibilities- Conduct keyword research and mapping
- Optimize site structure, metadata, and content for search engines
- Implement technical SEO improvements (site speed, crawlability, schema, etc.)
- Monitor rankings, organic traffic, and performance metrics
- Execute competitor analysis and content gap analysis
- Manage and optimize Google Business Profiles
- Build and maintain a strong local SEO presence
- Recommend content opportunities to support SEO strategy
- Collaborate with the Content Specialist for SEO-friendly copy
- Make recommendations to the project manager and client for key optimization tactics
- Execute tasks accurately and on time
- Build reports and maintain client-facing dashboards and workbooks
- Stay up-to-date with the latest search engine trends and best practices
- 5+ years in SEO execution
