Responsibilities- Take ownership of optimizing websites for organic growth, including technical improvements, keyword strategy, and content optimization.
- Perform in-depth keyword research and competitor analysis.
- Optimize content, meta tags, URLs, and internal linking structures.
- Conduct technical SEO audits and coordinate implementation with development teams.
- Track and report on performance KPIs, such as traffic, rankings, and click-through rates (CTR).
- Collaborate with content and web teams to drive SEO initiatives.
- Keep pace with algorithm changes, tools, and SEO innovations.
- 4+ years of experience in SEO or digital marketing.
- Strong knowledge of on-page, off-page, and technical SEO.
- Proficiency with Google Analytics, Search Console, and other SEO tools like SEMrush and Screaming Frog.
- Ability to analyze data and translate it into actionable insights.
- Comfortable collaborating across teams and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Familiarity with ClickUp and the GSuite is a plus.

- 3–5 years of experience in SEO.
- Solid understanding of advanced SEO principles, including on-page optimisation, link building, technical SEO, and content strategy.
- Proficiency with common SEO tools for keyword research, website audits, and rank tracking (e.g., Google Search Console, Google Analytics, or similar).
- Strong ability to analyse performance data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
- Practical knowledge of HTML/CSS and understanding of website architecture.
