This is a part-time or full-time remote role in our marketing team at diginu. The successful candidates will onboard restaurants, grocery stores, and liquor stores in South Africa, and every order placed on diginu at those stores will result in commission, every single time. As a result, the commission can become significant and is dependent on individual efforts.

Als je in het owned team aan het werk gaat ga je voor veel verschillende klanten aan de slag. Klanten waar je bijvoorbeeld voor kunt gaan werken zijn: Odido, PostNL, Zeeman, Beerwulf & Vattenfall. In een week probeer jij samen met je klanten de organische zichtbaarheid in Google Search, maar ook in zoekmachines als TikTok, Youtube en Bol, zo groot mogelijk te maken. Hierbij denk je out of the box als het gaat om oplossingen en laat je, je niet zomaar afbluffen door een kritische developer of online marketeer. Als klant lead ben je verantwoordelijk voor het bepalen van de SEO strategie en tactiek die het beste resultaat gaat opleveren. Daarnaast ben je ook niet bang om je handen uit de mouwen te steken en ook uitvoerende taken op je te nemen en denk je graag mee hoe AI ons werk niet alleen sneller kan maken, maar ook kan vernieuwen. Samen met de rest van het team werk je aan klanten, maar ben je ook bezig om de kwaliteit van SEO bij Springbok te verbeteren.

Wat je gaat doen

We rekenen op jouw skills om optimale SEO-resultaten te behalen. Je maakt hiervoor correcte SEO-audits waar onze klant en diens stakeholders direct mee aan de slag kunnen. Wanneer je met meerdere specialisten op jouw klant(en) werkt ben je in staat je collega’s aan te sturen en werk te delegeren. Daarnaast weet je, je klant en collega te enthousiasmeren over SEO en de laatste ontwikkelingen.

Het ene moment werk ik aan een technische analyse waarbij ik actiepunten uitwerk om de performance van onze klant op de Google Web Vitals te verbeteren, daarna heb ik een meeting met een junior collega om hem te leren hoe je een zoekwoordenonderzoek voor SEO uitvoert. Vervolgens heb ik een digitale meeting met meerdere collega’s en een van onze klanten om de resultaten van vorige maand en de actiepunten van volgende maand te bespreken. Daarna doe ik nog een check-up op onze outreach trajecten en ga ik aan de slag met een contentanalyse voor een pagina van een klant die de laatste tijd wat achterloopt qua prestaties. Nee, mijn job is nooit saai.”

Jouw groeiende vaardigheden
  1. Minimaal 1-2 jaar aantoonbare ervaring als SEO specialist.
  2. Kennis van Google Analytics 4, Google Search Console.
  3. Kennis van bekende SEO tools zoals Screaming Frog & Ahrefs.
  4. Basiskennis van Google Ads.
  5. Je hebt een goed beeld van het bredere online marketing landschap en de rol van SEO daarin.
  6. Je bent op de hoogte van de laatste ontwikkelingen in Search en de rol van AI daarin.
  7. Goede beheersing van de Nederlandse taal in woord en geschrift.
  8. Je bent flexibel en zelfstandig ingesteld en kan goed omgaan met wisselende werkzaamheden en drukte.

Wij begrijpen dat salaris een belangrijk aspect is. Daarom bespreken we jouw salariswensen (op basis van jouw kennis en ervaring) tijdens ons eerste contactmoment.

Ontwikkeling staat bij ons voorop. We vinden het dan ook belangrijk dat je je certificering voor Google Analytics 4 en Conversion Optimization bij ons behaalt en gaan graag met je in gesprek over jouw ambities op de lange(re) termijn.

Een keuze uit een dienstverband van 32, 36 of 40 uur per week. Daarnaast kan je er 28 dagen per jaar (op basis van 40 uur) lekker tussenuit en er is een goede balans tussen thuis werken, op kantoor of bijvoorbeeld in de Spaanse zon.

We voorzien je van een telefoon en laptop naar keuze! Gebruik je liever je eigen nummer en telefoon? Dan krijg je een netto vergoeding van €30,00 per maand.

Hoe jij naar kantoor komt (OV of auto), dat bepaal je helemaal zelf: ook een E-bike behoort tot de mogelijkheden!
