Overview
As part of the VML EMEA Enablement Team the Technical Architect (aka Enteprise / Solutions Architect) primary role is to partner with VML and its client's Marketing and Technical teams to deliver data led solutions by leading the design, delivery, and execution of client engagement solutions, including CRM, Personalization, Marketing Automation, and act as a trusted advisor to our customers while aiding the customer's transformational journey.

This role plays a crucial role in bridging the gap between marketing requirements and technical capabilities, ensuring that marketing teams can leverage the right technology tools/solutions to achieve their goals effectively.

The Technical Architect is a key figure in designing and implementing marketing technology solutions that empower marketing teams to drive successful campaigns, enhance customer experiences, and achieve overall marketing objectives. To accomplish this, this role possesses strong technical writing skills; a blend of operational, marketing knowledge and technical expertise, and must have the ability to set the vision translating business objectives into enticing and actionable recommendations. Responsibilities
Your duties as a Technical Architect will include, but will not be limited to the following:

• Engage with existing and new clients to deliver strategic solutions, lead on technical client engagements from scoping the new engagement, to creating the solution and solution design documentation. We are looking for a technically strong and detail-oriented architect to join our design team within the real estate development business, focusing on boutique hospitality assets.

In this role, you will be responsible for translating the design intent into fully coordinated, precise, and buildable documentation. You will work across all design stages with a focus on technical development - from RIBA Stage 3 through construction, ensuring that the project's quality, constructability, and coordination are preserved throughout. You will collaborate with the broader design and engineering team and serve as a key point of contact for design problem-solving, system integration, and detailing.

This role is focused on the later design phases. Personal engagement in RIBA 3-5 will be around 75%, with early-stage design support and feasibility input up to 25%.

• SAFe Scaled Agile certification advantageous.
• Related Vendor product, sales and technology certifications is a must

Required Experience:

• Advanced professional technical experience within a large scale (preferably multi-national) technology services environment.
• Advanced experience as a Security Technical Architect or a similar role, designing and implementing security architectures for complex systems and applications.
• Advanced demonstrable experience in a professional technical role
• Advanced experience with security technologies and tools, such as firewalls, intrusion detection/prevention systems, SIEM, vulnerability scanners, and secure coding analysis tools.
• Advanced experience in project management methodologies.
