The Technical Specialist role is to provide support and perform maintenance within the client organization's computing environment utilizing Endpoint Management technologies. The Technical Specialist will also manage, provide support on, and maintain client Microsoft 365 environments including services such as Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, etc.
The Technical Specialist will troubleshoot problematic areas using either onsite visits, telephone, email, or remote support.
Duties & Responsibilities- Provide professional and proactive administration for Microsoft 365 and related applications available in the Azure platform.
- Assist with the installation, configuration, and ongoing usability of desktop computers, peripheral equipment, and software.
- Perform independent analyses, communication, and problem-solving.
- Work with little supervision, requiring initiative and judgment.

About the role:
The Technical Specialist is responsible for assisting and mentoring customers in all aspects of upgrading a customer's solution from legacy Nintex product. This individual is a technical workflow professional, providing customers with an upgrade assessment and then assisting customers through the upgrade process via a series of calls, screen share sessions, and hands-on assistance to make sure everything goes well all the way through testing and customer acceptance. This will include analyzing and upgrading workflows and forms from Nintex O365 to the latest Nintex product versions.
This is a 12-month contract hybrid in our JHB office.

- Become familiar with Nintex O365 workflows.
- Become familiar with Nintex Workflow Cloud.
