The System Analyst ensures that GIT Service Management systems are maintained and developed to meet GIT Service Management objectives. The incumbent will be responsible for the last line of support and maintenance of various systems in the Enterprise Content Management environment, including but not limited to OnBase by Hyland, OpenText, Kofax, Smartsheet and Microsoft SharePoint. • Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
• Familiarity with IT security standards and compliance regulations.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with Microsoft platforms.
