Job Description
Based in TAL Durban, the role requires the incumbent to control and supervise the operation of all production and raw material handling processes to ensure daily targets are met.
Main duties include but are not limited to:
- Manage all production, engineering and related activities including ISO;
- Ensure all breakdowns are attended to immediately and maintenance of the plant is done regularly;
- Rectify and repair all emergency breakdowns as soon as possible to eliminate loss of production;
- Adhere to the maintenance schedule system;
- Monitor the performance of subordinates and ensure targets are met;
- Draft weekly production planning and adjust where necessary to accommodate customer orders;
