Working closely with the Management and HR Team, the Recruiter will support a portfolio within the business focused on EPCM and Engineering related recruitment.
You will work with highly supportive business leaders and a very collaborative peer group in the HR function in order to deliver on the strong growth that our business is moving through. In addition, you will have at your fingertips the best ATS + CRM technology to proactively engage, attract & hire the best talent in the market.
Responsibilities- Full end to end recruitment of roles within an engineering consultancy and EPCM (and related areas such as project services and corporate shared services), from advertising to interviewing and offer management.
- Management of all other aspects for your designated portfolio, including role briefs, attending senior leadership meetings, presenting hiring strategies and advice, social channel branding, utilising online reference checking & assessment tools, attending careers fairs & university open days.
