We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Supply Chain Manager to join our e-commerce team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing the entire supply chain process, from procurement to distribution, ensuring efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and high-quality standards to meet our customers' needs.
Key Responsibilities- Supply Chain Strategy: Develop and implement supply chain strategies aligned with business goals, focusing on cost reduction, quality improvement, and timely delivery.
- Inventory Management: Oversee inventory levels to ensure optimal stock availability, minimize excess inventory, and reduce costs associated with storage and obsolescence.
- Supplier Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, negotiating contracts, and ensuring adherence to quality standards and delivery schedules.
- Logistics Coordination: Manage logistics operations, including warehousing, transportation, and distribution, to ensure efficient and cost-effective delivery of products to customers.
- Demand Forecasting: Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to forecast demand accurately and plan inventory accordingly.
- Process Optimization: Continuously evaluate and improve supply chain processes to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and increase customer satisfaction.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure all products meet quality standards and regulatory requirements, implementing quality control measures throughout the supply chain.
- Risk Management: Identify potential risks in the supply chain and develop mitigation strategies to minimize disruptions.
- Data Analysis: Utilize data and analytics to monitor supply chain performance, identify trends, and make informed decisions.
- Budget Management: Develop and manage the supply chain budget, ensuring financial targets are met and resources are allocated effectively.
- Experience: 5+ years of experience in supply chain management, logistics, or a related field, preferably within an e-commerce environment.

Roles and Responsibilities
Leadership and strategic vision
- Provide strategic and empowering leadership to a growing, mission-driven team.
- Develop and oversee implementation of the organisation’s strategic plan, activities, objectives and campaign strategies.
- Understand and tackle complex, interconnected challenges in climate and socio-economic justice.
- Balance resource allocation across multiple concurrent campaigns while maintaining focus and tracking impact.
- Oversee monitoring, evaluation and learning to ensure strategies and tactics remain effective and relevant.
- Lead with clarity and determination through periods of transformation and growth.
- Develop and implement fundraising strategy and build and maintain funder relationships to secure long-term sustainability.
- Manage budgeting, financial reporting, funder reporting, and regulatory compliance.
- Work closely with and report to the board of directors.
- Ensure strong governance practices and regulatory compliance.
- Lead recruitment and onboarding of new board members.
- Oversee operations, financial management, human resources and programme implementation.
- Ensure an effective organisational structure with clear reporting lines and accountability.
- Lead staff recruitment, training, professional development, and performance management.

The Executive Director must meet the following criteria:
- 7 to 10+ years in non-profit leadership or a related sector, managing multi-disciplinary teams and complex projects.
- Background in sustainable finance, law, investment management, economics, climate policy, environmental science or social/environmental justice advocacy.
- Excellent written (publication-level) and verbal communication skills.
- Integrity and resilience, and the ability to thoughtfully navigate complex external relationships.
- Confidence to engage diplomatically with diverse stakeholders, inspire action and navigate uncertainty.
- Proven ability to secure funding through grants, donations, and partnerships.
- Proven ability to establish, nurture, and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with funders and partners.
- Ability to manage a dynamic, high-pressure working environment, respond positively to setbacks, and balance competing priorities.
- Strong understanding of corporate governance, responsible investment, and capital markets’ responses to climate and inequality issues.
- Knowledge of climate science and relevant policy and legislative frameworks (local and international).
- Insight into how corporate behaviour affects social and environmental outcomes, and how climate science and inequality metrics inform accountability.
- Ability to distill research and analysis into actionable recommendations and complex issues into compelling narratives for diverse audiences.

Purpose of the RoleTo lead and strategically develop the Earth Centre as a flagship provider of Equine-Assisted Therapy. The Executive Director will focus on raising visibility, mobilizing funding, forming strategic partnerships, acquiring and maintaining a suitable herd, and supporting the Board in governance and sustainability planning.
Strategic Planning and Leadership
- Guide the organisation’s vision; develop multi-year strategic goals, objectives, and strategic targets and programmes; and work closely with the board to drive impact and growth.
- Implement the board approved multi-year strategic plan.
Operational and Programme Management
- Manage daily operations including human and equine resources, compliance, reporting, and programme implementation.
- Build a strong culture of collaboration and accountability.
- Assess organisational strengths, identify development areas, and implement targeted capacity-building programmes for staff, volunteers, and beneficiaries.
- Ensure effective policy and procedure development.
Financial Management
- Create and manage the annual budget, ensure financial sustainability, and oversee all accounting and financial compliance tasks.
Fundraising and Resource Mobilization
- Create and execute a fundraising strategy for donors, CSI programs, and grant
- Lead and manage all fundraising efforts including online donations, grants, events, and individual donations.
- Develop donor proposals and manage reporting obligations.
- Cultivate sustainable relationships and partnerships with educational institutions, rehabilitation centres, disability advocacy organisations, private and government institutions with active corporate CSI programmes, and veterinary services to enhance the EARTH Centre’s reach, expand its donor base, and ensure its financial sustainability.
Stakeholder Engagement and Advocacy
- Serve as the public face of the EARTH Centre. Build and maintain community partnerships, handle media relations, and promote the Centre’s mission.
- Position the Centre as a leader in inclusive therapy services.
Equine and Facility Management
- Ensure the highest standards of animal welfare in the acquisition, care, retirement, and ethical treatment of all equine therapy partners in accordance with international equine welfare standards and norms.
- Work with therapists and vets to optimize therapy outcomes.
Governance and Board Support
- Act as a bridge between board and staff. Keep the board informed, involved, and aligned with organisational goals.
- Report to and support the Board of Directors by contributing to effective governance. This includes (but is not limited to) annual audits, regulatory compliance and reporting, compliance with the Companies and NPO Act, and ensuring that the EARTH Centre complies with the highest standards of financial accountability and ethical leadership.
We seek a leader with a background in non-profit management, fundraising, or strategic development. Experience in child development, therapy, education, or equine care is advantageous. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a passion for community service and animal rights, and the ability to work with limited resources while creating sustainable impact.
- Bachelor’s degree in Non-Profit Management, Business, Public Administration, or a related field.
- 5–10 years of experience in leadership or fundraising roles.
- Familiarity with South African NPO regulations and funding landscape.

Job Purpose:
This role is responsible for converting Wamly leads into satisfied paying clients by efficiently managing pipelines. They respond to leads, prioritise outbound activities, and tailor sales approaches.

Requirements
Minimum education (essential):
- National Senior Certificate
- Relevant business or HR-related Diploma or Certificate
- 3 - 5 years sales experience
- Sales experience in SaaS or HR industry (beneficial).
- Customer service and client management.
- Outbound sales and prospecting.
- Digital technology and working in a digital environment.
- B2B sales - selling software as a service.
- Proficiency in Windows or iOS
- HR Tech industry knowledge
- CRM systems
- Strong presentation and communication skills
- Knowledge of SaaS sales environment
- Google Suite
- Zoho
- MS Suite
- LinkedIn
- Proficient in Afrikaans and English.
- Own transport and valid driver’s license.
Pipeline Management to Achieve Revenue Growth
- Respond promptly to inbound leads.
- Identify and prioritise outbound opportunities with key prospects.
- Prepare tailored sales approaches, including presentations and discussions.
- Manage the conversion process with consistent communication and follow-up.
- Minimise pipeline leakage and ensure accurate forecasting.
- Drive conversions in line with agreed sales targets.
- Ensure a smooth transition of new clients to the Account Management team.
- Communicate all contractual, operational, and relationship details clearly.
- Document and share all relevant client information with internal stakeholders.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date sales records in CRM systems.
- Submit sales performance reports, pipeline forecasts, and activity updates.
- Complete all client and deal documentation in full and on time.
