Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Real Estate Agent located in the City of Johannesburg. The Real Estate Agent will be responsible for daily tasks such as listing and showing properties, negotiating transactions, providing excellent customer service, and utilizing sales techniques to close deals. The agent will also assist clients in understanding the real estate market, manage property documentation, and maintain up-to-date knowledge of local real estate laws and trends.

Qualifications

• Hold a valid Real Estate License
• Skills in Real Estate and Real Property
• Strong Sales and negotiation abilities
• Excellent Customer Service skills
• In-depth knowledge of the local real estate market and regulations
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field is a plus
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
