KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

CLIENT RELATIONSHIPS

Build and maintain strong, effective relationships with clients.

Regularly engage with clients to assess satisfaction and address any service issues.

Conduct monthly meetings with clients to ensure security requirements are met.

SERVICE DELIVERY

Ensure that security service levels meet client expectations and contractual agreements.

Oversee security officer recruitment, training, and performance management.

Perform regular audits to ensure compliance with client specifications and company policies.

OPERATIONAL EFFICIENCY

Manage wage-to-revenue ratios, roster planning, and overtime control.

Monitor leave accruals and ensure sufficient backup staffing.

Oversee the use of technology for site reporting and patrol management.

INCIDENT MANAGEMENT & REPORTING

Investigate security incidents and provide timely reports to clients and senior management.

Conduct regular site surveys and risk assessments to enhance security measures.

Ensure corrective action plans are implemented to prevent future occurrences.

RECRUITMENT & DISCIPLINE

Recruit, train, and manage security officers

Enforce the company's Code of Conduct and manage disciplinary actions when necessary.

SHIFTS AND CALL DUTIES

Work regular shifts and take on-call responsibilities on a rotational basis.

Conduct night visits to ensure the quality of security operations on client sites

COMPLIANCE

Ensure compliance with Health & Safety regulations

Maintain all necessary documentation, including client contact details, employee records, and billing information.

Responsibilities
Site Supervisor
The tasks of the Site Security Supervisor include and are not limited to the following:

In line with the Country broader strategy, implement the Site Security Plan to identify, assess andmitigate risks to PepsiCo's associates, facilities, proprietary information, and brand/reputation.

Form part of the Site Crisis Management Team, with execution of security functions as part of theBusiness Continuity Plans of the premises.

Ensure that the premises is compliant with the Site security plan (technological ,Procedural,Manned guarding ,Architectural )

Maintain strong working relationships with, and provide consultation to, local management teams.

Plan and oversee periodic security self-assessments and bi-annual security risk assessment on thepremises in order to identify critical vulnerabilities and to assist in closing these risks through cost-effective, best practice security enhancements.

Develop and maintain working relationships with national and local security, emergency response,law enforcement, and regulatory authorities as well as with security managers of other largemultinational companies.

Ensure compliance with PepsiCo AMESA Security Risk Management System and supportingstandards and procedures.

Assist in delivering security awareness for PepsiCo associates and training programs to securityassociates.

Advise and assist before, during and after security incidents, including on-the-spot risk assessmentsand security advice to site leaders.

Assist the Area Security Manager/Asst Area Security Manager in implementing security plans tostrengthen the protection of our supply chain (Make/Move/Sell).

Assist in Conducting and coordinate investigations to include counterfeit, extortion, contaminationof our products, loss reduction, kidnapping, robberies, Speak Up, fraud, corruption, and securitythreats against the country's interests and associates.

During strike operations or labor disputes provide training to security guards and employees instrike protocols.

Oversee security guard companies to leverage economies of scale and lower costs. Implement andmanage a effective KPI management system in accordance with Sector Security, and evaluate theservice provided by the 3P Security providers on a monthly basis.

Manage the 3P Security Providers and evaluate their service on a monthly basis according to the setKPI's.

Ensure the continued professional development of his/her security team, to include theidentification of suitable individuals in longer-term succession planning.

Implementation of all Security Policies, Plans and Site SOP's

Report Incidents immediately to Line Manager and ensure compiling of reports according toSecurity Policies.

To review the recording of CCTV on a daily basis to ensure that there are no irregularities.

In conjunction with Control Room Co-ordinator provide the required evidence in the event of anysecurity incident and support EHS on any Safety Incidents evidence if and when required
