As a waiter you must be able to perform all duties of a Busser and a Food Runner. A Waiter must be able to multi task, prioritize and remain calm under pressure. As a Waiter you are responsible primarily for taking care of the tables in your section and giving your guests the best possible service

• Other Waiters that may need your assistance.

Skills, Experience & Educational Requirements

Primary duties

• Guest interaction: Greet customers, present menus, and answer questions about menu items and specials.

You will be responsible for all cleaning duties in the 13 suites (15 bedrooms) of Jordan Accommodation as well as the Villa.

Day to day duties will include but no be limited to:

· Vacuuming, dusting, sweeping, and washing floors, bathrooms and toilets, cleaning windows, porches and walls to standard.

· Washing and changing linen, turning mattresses, tidying up bedrooms when guests are not in the room.

· Keeping everything tidy in the rooms at all times.

· Being polite, friendly and helpful to all visitors.

· Assisting with luggage and information requests.

· Delivering baskets to suites for guests and clearing if needed.

· Washing and ironing clothes for guests if requested (as per instructions)

· Keeping all areas around the suites clean and tidy at all times.

· During quiet periods you will be called on to assist with cleaning, washing and ironing of the other areas of the Estate if and when needed.

· You will be required to wear your uniform - as provided to you - at work when you are on duty.
