Were seeking a Seasonal Spa Therapist to join our wellness team for the upcoming high season (November, December, and January). This 3-month contract is perfect for a qualified, guest-focused therapist who thrives in a dynamic, luxury hospitality environment.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver Spa Treatments- Perform professional facials, massages, and body treatments in line with the spa menu and guest needs.

Guest Consultation- Assess guest preferences through consultations and recommend tailored treatments.

Retail & Service Promotion- Promote appropriate spa products and additional services to enhance the guest journey.

Spa Standards- Maintain immaculate treatment rooms and adhere to opening/closing procedures.

Guest Interaction- Provide a warm, attentive service that ensures guests feel valued, relaxed, and cared for.

Flexibility- Support spa reception and guest experience when required.

Requirements

Matric certificate (Grade 12)

Recognised beauty/spa therapy qualification (CIDESCO, ITEC, or equivalent)

Experience in facials, massages, and body treatments essential

Previous experience in a luxury spa or hotel environment advantageous

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

Professional, detail-oriented, and guest-centric

Must hold a valid South African ID

Contract Details

Seasonal contract: 3 months (November January)
