Position Overview

We are seeking an accomplished and dynamic Scrum Master to join our team, focusing on solution areas including API gateways, Apigee, Enterprise Service Bus (ESB), and comprehensive API integration platforms. This role is designed for an agile leader with substantial experience—specifically, at least 6 years of direct team management experience and 10-12 years in information technology—who is passionate about driving cross-functional teams to deliver cutting-edge digital integration solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Agile Facilitation: Guide and coach multiple Scrum teams on Agile practices, ensuring adherence to Scrum methodology and fostering a culture of continuous improvement in the context of API gateway, Apigee, ESB, and API integration solutions.
• Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and inspire cross-functional teams, promoting collaboration, transparency, and accountability while empowering team members to achieve their best work.

• Quality Assurance: Champion best practices in software development, testing, and delivery within the API and integration domain, ensuring the highest standards of quality and security.
• Change Management: Lead teams through change, managing transitions in technology stacks, processes, or organizational priorities with empathy and clarity.

Required Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience:
• Minimum 10-12 years of overall experience in IT, with a strong track record in software development, system integration, or solution architecture.
• At least 6 years of experience in a leadership or management capacity, specifically as a Scrum Master, Agile Coach, or similar agile leadership role.
• Proven experience delivering projects in API gateway solutions (e.g., Apigee, Kong, AWS API Gateway), ESB (e.g., MuleSoft, IBM Integration Bus, WSO2), and integration platforms.

Certifications: Certified Scrum Master (CSM), Professional Scrum Master (PSM), SAFe Scrum Master, or equivalent Agile certification required. Certifications in integration technologies (e.g., Apigee Certified Professional) are highly desirable.

Technical Skills:

Deep understanding of RESTful API design, API lifecycle management, and integration patterns.

Strong familiarity with API security, rate limiting, monitoring, and analytics within API platforms.

Hands-on experience with modern CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.

Proficiency in tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Azure DevOps, or similar agile project management platforms.

Soft Skills:
