Requirements:
Must live within 25km of Kya Sands
Must have proven experience in one or more of the following 4 categories:
Ceiling repairs and new ceiling installations
Spraying of roofs
Plastering/crack repairs in walls
Installation of seamless gutters
Must be of sober habits and trustworthy
Important:
Only candidates with the above skills and experience will be considered.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Up to R5 500,00 per month

- Perform daily site tasks related to construction
- Follow and accurately execute instructions from the Maintenance and Construction Manager
- Support the team in achieving project milestones, maintaining quality standards, and ensuring compliance with safety protocols
- Monitor and report on progress and assist in resolving on-site issues
Qualifications and Experience Required:
- A minimum of a matric certificate is required; a tertiary qualification will be considered an advantage
- Experience in construction site work is an advantage
- Ability to read and understand basic technical drawings
- Valid driver’s license preferred
