Responsibilities

Implement and configure software to inhouse design and clients specific requirements. Use low-code applications with SQL databases to build integrated and automated back-end processes with web-based UIs.

You will provide Galvanize/HighBond (Governance, Risk and Compliance) configuration, support, and consulting services to clients, as well as Data Analytics consulting services to clients, using ACL scripting techniques. The ideal candidate must have a completed Internal Audit Degree (NQF Level 7), at least 3 years’ experience in an Internal/IT Audit role including Data Analytics, and software proficiency in Teammate, BarnOwl, CURA, ACL GRC and skills in SQL & MS Office.

DUTIES:

• Ensure excellent quality of stakeholder engagement and client relationships.
• Provide world-class Galvanize/HighBond (Governance, Risk and Compliance) configuration, support, and consulting services to clients.
• Provide world-class Data Analytics consulting services to clients, using ACL scripting techniques.
• Provide training and skills transfer on the software implemented.
• Ensure training documentation is of high quality and continuously updated.
• Stay updated on new releases, features, and functionality to train clients and internal stakeholders.

REQUIREMENTS:

Qualifications:

• Completed Degree in Internal Audit (NQF Level 7).

Experience/Skills:

• A minimum of 3 years’ experience in an internal/IT audit role.
• Audit Management software experience (Teammate, BarnOwl, CURA, ACL GRC).
• SQL or any other programming language.
• MS Office proficiency.
• The role is based in Johannesburg, but there is an element of travel outside of Johannesburg and across the African continent (maximum of 2-3 weeks at a time).
• Certified Internal Auditor (CIA) or Certified Systems Auditor (CISA).
• Galvanize Certification.
• Experience in Galvanize (ACL) software.

Description

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Implementation Consultant to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for guiding clients through the implementation of our software solutions, ensuring a seamless transition and optimal utilisation of our products. Your expertise will play a crucial part in enhancing client satisfaction.

• Managing the Project assigned to you and making sure that all Milestones are met and the Project Launches as per project plan.
• Effectively manage and understand the conversion process and financial data from the Legacy System to GhostPractice to assist the Conversion Specialist team in successfully converting the data correctly.
• Understanding and Analysing the client’s data along with the client and converting and importing it into GhostPractice (Non-Financial).
• Installing SQL and GhostPractice at the client if and when necessary.
• Ensuring that all project related admin and documentation is completed and filed on GhostPractice.
  
  

• Strong accounting skills.
• Ability to handle multiple priorities and remain focused and organized.
• Ability to effectively communicate verbally and in writing.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office products.
• Understand all the functionality within the GhostPractice system.
• Effectively manage Project Milestones and Due Dates.
