- Reporting to: Head of Services
- Working environment & travel: Fast-paced office environment. The role is based in Johannesburg, but there is an element of travel outside of Johannesburg and across the African continent (maximum of 2-3 weeks at a time).
- Working hours: 07:30am to 16:00pm, 08:00am – 16:30pm or 8:30am to 17:00pm when in the office and will ideally understand that there may be times that they need to work overtime on projects. When based at client sites, the individual will need to work the working hours stipulated by the client.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure excellent quality of stakeholder engagement and client relationships.
- Provide world-class Galvanize/HighBond (Governance, Risk and Compliance) configuration, support, and consulting services to our clients.
- Provide world-class data analytics consulting services to clients, using ACL scripting techniques.
- Provide training and skills transfer on the software implemented.
- Ensure training documentation is of high quality and continuously being updated.
- Constantly be updated on new releases, features, and functionality to train clients as well as internal stakeholders.
- Prepare adequately for client engagements and own all relevant documentation.
- Ensure all internal and external stakeholders are consistently communicated with, and expectations are met and managed.
- Identify and communicate innovations or knowledge that is created/implemented.

In this role, you will be responsible for guiding clients through the implementation of our software solutions, ensuring a seamless transition and optimal utilisation of our products. - Understand all the functionality within the GhostPractice system.
- Installing and setting up software at clients.
- Interviewing clients and their staff in order to understand their business and operational requirements.
- Analysing the information that clients currently use to perform their duties.
- Converting Non- Financial client's data from Legacy system into GhostPractice.
- Managing and completing the conversion process between the conversions Team and Implementation Team.
- Updating clients with latest GhostPractice version.
- Train clients on all the functionality within the GhostPractice system.
- Problem solving of client issues.
- Functional testing of software.
- Preparing and managing project plans.
- Servicing clients in terms of their requirements of the GhostPractice system.
- Meeting with clients and managing projects.
- Execute the strategy as expressed by the Executive Management team of the company.
- Report directly to your Team Leader on all related activities.
- Managing the Project assigned to you and making sure that all Milestones are met and the Project Launches as per project plan.
- Attending to meetings with the client about the project.
- Interviewing the client and understanding the client’s processes and procedures in order to implement GhostPractice successfully.
- Understanding and Analysing the client’s data along with the client and converting and importing it into GhostPractice (Non-Financial).
- Testing the integrity of the data along with the client.
- Training Clients in a classroom setup or doing one-on-one training sessions with individual clients on GhostPractice.
- Installing SQL and GhostPractice at the client if and when necessary.
- Assisting the client with handholding and support during the Testing- and Launch phases.
- Communicating project progress internally as well as to the client on a regular basis.
- Ensuring that your client understands all the appropriate Financial and Management Reports in the system to assist them in better managing their business and staff.
