The ideal candidate brings deep functional and technical expertise across SAP modules, strong client engagement skills, and the ability to lead cross-functional initiatives, including upgrades and migrations to S/4HANA.
Key Responsibilities
- Advise clients on SAP architecture, system landscapes, and implementation strategies.
- Conduct discovery and requirements gathering sessions to assess business challenges and propose tailored SAP solutions.
- Design, configure, and integrate SAP modules such as FI, MM, SD, HCM, and others in alignment with business needs.
- Lead client workshops and provide strategic input on SAP transformation and roadmap planning.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless integration across business functions and technologies.
- Support SAP system upgrades, migrations (e.g., ECC to S/4HANA), and digital transformation programs.
- Provide thought leadership and stay current on SAP innovations, best practices, and emerging technologies (e.g., SAP BTP, AI/ML in SAP, cloud strategies).
- Develop project documentation, training materials, governance models, and compliance frameworks.
- Ensure solution designs meet industry standards, regulatory requirements, and business objectives.
- Proven experience as a SAP Solutions Architect or senior SAP consultant.
- Deep knowledge of core SAP modules (FI, MM, SD, HCM, etc.) and cross-functional integration.
- Hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA architecture, implementation, and migration.
- Strong understanding of SAP technical components, including SAP Basis, BTP, and cloud hosting.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and workshop facilitation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and adapt to complex business environments.
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business, Engineering, or a related field.
- SAP certifications relevant to solution architecture or specific modules are highly desirable.
- Familiarity with project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, ASAP, Activate).
- Experience working in consulting or with enterprise clients across industries.
- Knowledge of SAP Industry Solutions (IS) and sector-specific best practices.
- Experience with tools like SAP Solution Manager, SAP Analytics Cloud, and integration platforms.

Design and Implementation:
- Develop and implement BPC solutions to meet business requirements.
- Integrate BPC with SAP ECC FI modules.
- Customize BPC applications to support financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and consolidation processes.
- System Configuration: Make necessary adjustments and configurations to the SAP/BPC system based on user requirements and business needs.
Support and Maintenance:
- Provide ongoing user support and maintenance for BPC applications.
- Ensure data integrity and accuracy in BPC reports and dashboards.
- Troubleshooting: Investigate, analyze, and solve software problems including BPC and ECC integration, often acting as a liaison between the business functions and the technical team.
Business Analysis:
