Data Quality & Reporting
- Maintain data integrity, support data extracts, and produce monthly and quarterly reports for incident management and system usage.
Testing & Change Management
- Perform user acceptance testing (UAT) and lead change management activities for new system functionality.
Training & Continuous Improvement
- Coach and train end users while identifying opportunities for process and technology enhancements.
SKILLS & COMPETENCIES
Technical Knowledge, Skills & Experience
- 7-10 years' experience in supply chain technology
- 7-10 years' experience in the supply chain department of a large scale mining company
- Strong knowledge of source-to-pay, logistics, inventory, and governance workflows.
- Proven SAP ECC and Ariba expertise with advanced analytical and interpersonal skills.
- Proven expertise in Excel, SQL and Power BI
- Strong knowledge of SOX governance frameworks
Education & Qualifications
- Degree in Technical or Commerce field
- SAP ECC (MM preferred) certification is critical
- SAP Ariba certification preferred
