The Project Manager is responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and successful delivery of SAP Human Capital Management (HCM) projects, specifically those leveraging the S/4HANA platform. Experience with:

• Exposure to cloud migration projects or hybrid cloud HCM environments.
• Familiarity with SAP RISE, its benefits, and implications on solution architecture and integration.
• Understanding of data privacy regulations (like POPIA) and how they apply to cloud HCM deployments.

Desired Experience & Qualification

• Proven experience managing SAP projects, ideally with a focus on S/4HANA and HCM.
