ADVANTAGEOUS TECHNICAL SKILLS

• Good understanding of SAP & SAP S/4 HANA (e.g., Solution Manager).

We are seeking an experienced SAP Payroll Consultant to join our transformation initiative involving SAP S/4HANA and SuccessFactors deployment. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of payroll processes and configuration, compliance with local legislation, and seamless integration with core SAP modules.

Key Responsibilities

• Configure, implement, and support SAP Payroll solutions (SAP HCM and/or SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll).
• Lead and deliver at least three (3) full-cycle SAP Payroll implementations.
• Ensure alignment with local regulatory requirements across various countries.
• Configure and optimize payroll schemas, wage types, time evaluation integration, and payroll posting to Finance.
• Manage end-to-end payroll processing, including testing, reconciliation, and post-payroll activities.
• Integrate SAP Payroll with Time Management, Personnel Administration, and Finance modules.
• Support parallel payroll runs, user acceptance testing (UAT), training, and post-go-live activities.
• Prepare functional specifications and collaborate with technical teams for custom developments.
• Engage stakeholders across business and technical teams to ensure successful project delivery.
• Participate in SAP transformation projects involving hybrid deployment models (e.g., SAP HCM + EC Payroll).
  
  

• 5+ years of hands-on experience as a SAP Payroll Consultant.
• Proven success in 3 full-cycle payroll implementations (SAP HCM or EC Payroll).
• Demonstrated expertise in:
• Payroll schemas and wage types
• Integration with Finance
• Local payroll compliance requirements
• Experience with SuccessFactors Employee Central and Employee Central Payroll.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to engage business stakeholders.

More about the Area & Team: A SAP SAC planning consultant will join a team of finance, data, and SAP specialists in the Finance Regulatory Reporting domain.

The project’s aim is to automate the end-to-end process of reporting for a subset of regulatory returns. The process includes automation of data intake, transformation through application of relevant business rules, report generation, and submission. The automation will mainly utilize SAP suite of applications.

SAPSAC Consultant (SAC Planning & SAC Analytics and Reporting)

Background and experience required:

• 5+ years of experience in SAP Analytics, with at least 2+ years in SAP Analytics Cloud.
• Experience in SAC Planning and Analytics projects across multiple industries.
• Knowledge of SAP S/4HANA, BW/4HANA, or other SAP products is highly desirable.
• Certification in SAP Analytics Cloud is a plus.
• Knowledge in writing R scripts.

Detailed Competencies required for this role:

Technical Skills:

• Proficiency in SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) Planning and Analytics modules.
• Hands-on experience with SAC data modeling, scripting (AdvancedFormula), and planning functions.
• Expertise in connecting SAC with various data sources, including SAP BW, HANA, and third-party systems.
• Knowledge of predictive features in SAC and experience with SmartPredict.
• Understanding of SAC security concepts, roles, teams, and data access control.
• BW4HANA modeling is an advantage.

Functional Skills:

• Strong understanding of financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes.
• Ability to analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Expertise in delivering user-friendly and visually appealing dashboards.

Soft Skills:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with stakeholders at all levels.
