Scope of Services
1. Implementation and Configuration Services
- Solution Design and Architecture
: - Define the overall architecture for SAP Cloud ALM in accordance with the customer's SAP landscape.
- Ensure integration with other SAP solutions like SAP S/4HANA, SAP SuccessFactors, etc.
- Configuration
: - Setup of SAP Cloud ALM in alignment with customer requirements and SAP best practices.
- Customizing the tools for application lifecycle management such as Change Control Management, Incident Management, and Monitoring.

2. Service Monitoring and Performance Management
- System Monitoring
: - Continuous monitoring of SAP Cloud ALM and associated systems to ensure availability, performance, and security.
- Define Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and Service Level Agreements (SLAs) to track system health.
- Incident and Problem Management
: - Identify and manage incidents, including coordination with SAP support (SAP OSS) for critical issues.
- Track and resolve problems to improve service availability.
- Service Level Monitoring
: - Ensure that SLAs are met, track compliance, and provide reporting on service delivery performance.
3. Change and Release Management
- Change Request Management
: - Handle change requests for SAP Cloud ALM system configurations, enhancements, or new features.
- Perform impact assessments and ensure proper change control procedures are followed.
- Release Management
: - Plan and execute releases of new features, fixes, and upgrades to the SAP Cloud ALM environment.
- Coordinate with SAP and internal teams to manage the release cycle effectively.
4. Support and Issue Resolution
- Technical Support
: - Provide 1st and 2nd level support for SAP Cloud ALM-related issues, ensuring quick resolution of incidents and service disruptions.

You will play a key role in making a significant impact trough innovation and transformation. As a Senior Solutions Architect you will have an opportunity to transform complex business needs into seamless technical solutions, whilst driving SAP implementations at the forefront of cutting-edge retail technology.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Architect Excellence: Lead Solution Design and integration for SAP
Retail modules, ensuring a perfect blend of business needs and SAP standards.
Shape the Future of Retail: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize workflows, improve inventory accuracy, and drive omni-channel strategies.
Innovate with Intelligence: Work on exciting projects that include integrating with other systems, powering a business with AI where applicable and pushing technology boundaries to support a thriving, growing business
Lead & Mentor: Lead on solution guidance, best practices, and Mentoring staff
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor's Degree (IT / Computer Science) and SAP Certifications
- A proven 15+ years of SAP Retail solutioning experience across diverse industries
- Expertise in integration to SAP SD, SAP MM, SAP FINANCE, SAP BTP, SAP BW and much more.
- A passion for driving innovation
and solution standards that ensure success - Solution Architect experience. Must have +- 5years S/4Hana implementation experience within the retail sector.
- Overall Retail experience: +- 15 years.
- Position will be based in Cape Town with an on-site working environment
