We're looking to hire an energetic candidate within our sales team with the intent of training and growing his/her prospects in this industry. The candidate will receive immense training on customer service, sales techniques and leadership and also how to properly accumulate the skills in order to be more effective in his or her work.



This role includes day to day interaction with customers on a face to face basis within a retail environment, attaining new business for the company and being active in the store while adding value to customers and staff alike. It also requires someone who sees opportunities from afar and is able to grab it with both hands. Career growth opportunities are available and we are always grooming our employees for growth within the company as our policy is to only promote from within.



If we want you to be the best, we of course have to train you to be the best. We invest heavily in our human resources and you will receive world class training and be FAIS and FICA compliant and receive the best sales and leadership training on offer in the industry.



The Requirements for the Post ;



A Matric Certificate

Friendly and attractive attitude

Good Communication Skills

The ability to withstand challenges and be able to improvise

Have any other Level 4 certificate

Ability to communicate clearly in English

Ability to work independently without supervision

Be computer literate

The Key Expectations ;



Achieve weekly sales targets

You will be working under a team leader and will have to be a team player

You will receive training from our best trainers

Attend the training regularly

You will be expected to be able to solve problems you may encounter

Clear communication with relevant stake holders

Must be presentable at all times
