Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field.

- Maintain clean, efficient, and well-documented code following best practices, including source control and deployment protocols.
- Support deployment activities across environments, managing metadata and data migration using tools like Salesforce CLI, GearSet, and Change Sets.
- Contribute to documentation, user manuals, and technical training materials for deployments and end-user support.
- Participate in project meetings, sprint planning, and stand-ups to ensure alignment.
- Stay updated with Salesforce platform developments and best practices to enhance system performance and usability.
- Assist pre-sales and consulting activities through technical assessments, scoping, and demos.
- Collaborate with offshore teams to scale delivery and maintain coding standards and milestones.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Information Systems, or related field, or equivalent experience.
- 3+ years of Salesforce development experience; Salesforce Platform Developer I certification required.
