THE OPPORTUNITY:

As part of our AI-first strategy, we are hiring selectively - bringing in individuals who elevate capability, productivity, and innovation. We’re looking for a Salesforce Platform Specialist and subject matter expert (SME) - someone who can own, configure, and evolve Salesforce to help us scale smarter.

This role supports the entire client lifecycle-from marketing and presales through to sales, implementation, and service delivery. You’ll work across teams to simplify workflows, automate manual processes, and implement intelligent Salesforce solutions that increase efficiency and enable growth.

We’re looking for someone with an AI-first mindset-someone who’s excited about automation and the use of intelligent tools to solve real business problems.

WE WOULD LIKE YOU TO:

Salesforce Administration and SME Ownership

  • Administer, maintain, and optimise Salesforce, including Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, Agentforce, and Data Cloud
  • Serve as the internal Salesforce go-to expert, responsible for platform architecture, automation, and best practices
  • Build advanced Flows, Apex classes, triggers, and custom configurations
  • Design intelligent case routing, task automation, and scalable team workflows

Automation & AI Enablement

  • Identify repetitive or manual processes across departments and automate them using Salesforce Flow, Apex, or declarative tools
  • Collaborate on the design and integration of AI agents, decision-support tools, and internal chat-based assistants within Salesforce
  • Lead internal experiments to validate AI-driven Salesforce workflows and ensure measurable impact
  • Monitor system performance and proactively recommend automation opportunities that align with business goals

Cross-Functional Collaboration & Support

  • Work closely with Marketing, Sales, Implementation, Service, Product, and Technology teams to gather requirements and translate them into Salesforce solutions
  • Provide user onboarding, training, and enablement
  • Maintain clear documentation for system architecture, automation logic, and usage guidelines

Data Integrity & Governance

  • Manage user access, data cleanliness, and system integrations
  • Define and enforce best practices for scalable, efficient Salesforce use
  • Continuously evolve Salesforce in partnership with key stakeholders to support business objectives
  • Build and distribute recurring and ad hoc reports aligned with team KPIs
  • Stay current with new Salesforce features and functionality, and proactively recommend adoption

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

  • 3+ years’ experience as a Salesforce specialist/SME in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment
  • Deep expertise in Salesforce Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, Agentforce, and Data Cloud
  • Proven ability to design Flows, build Apex triggers and classes, and manage automation processes
  • A strong AI-first mindset, with a passion for automation and low-code/no-code Salesforce solutions
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills
  • A continuous improvement mindset with the ability to work independently
  • Sales Cloud Consultant and/or Service Cloud Consultant certifications (advantageous)

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in a second-line support role within an MSP or enterprise IT environment.
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft technologies including:
  • Active Directory
  • Exchange

  • Proven experience with Rewst or similar automation platforms (e.g. Zapier, Power Automate, Integromat).

Content specialist of product and platform-related aspects for marketing material, digital material, thought-leadership in the industry. Content specialist of internal client and adviser documentation including Terms and Conditions, statements, client letters etc. Stay abreast of local and global trends, research and analysis to timeously identify opportunities in the market to develop new products, capabilities, new areas of growth or to streamline existing product offerings. Assist in implementing the strategic initiatives of the business. Keep updated on the state of competitor products and pricing models. Monitor the experience of existing solutions as an early indicator of success / warning of changes required. Provide input into analysis and business insights. Present solutions and proposals to governance forums including the product management committee, Manco, Excos, as required. Engage with clients in a client-centric manner (Client Services): Provide authoritative expertise to clients and internal and external stakeholders. Build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders. Make recommendations to improve client service and fair treatment of clients within area of responsibility. Participate and contribute to a culture which builds rewarding relationships, facilitates feedback and provides exceptional client service. Self-management and teamwork (People): Develop and maintain productive and collaborative working relationships with peers, financial advisers, clients and stakeholders. Positively influence and participate in change initiatives. Continuously develop own expertise in terms of professional, industry and legislation knowledge. Contribute to continuous innovation through the development, sharing and implementation of new ideas. Take ownership for driving career development. Role Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and skilled Senior Associate – Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) professional to support the implementation, optimisation, and management of digital marketing campaigns through Salesforce Marketing Cloud. In this role, you will work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, technology, and data teams, to deliver personalised, automated, and insight-driven customer journeys that drive engagement and ROI.

Key Responsibilities:

Campaign Execution & Automation

  • Design, build, and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns using SFMC tools such as Email Studio, Journey Builder, Mobile Studio, and Automation Studio

  • Implement dynamic and personalised content strategies based on customer segmentation, behaviours, and lifecycle stages

  • Manage campaign configuration, testing, deployment, and performance monitoring

Customer Journey & Data Integration

  • Create and optimise customer journeys that drive engagement, conversion, and retention

  • Collaborate with data teams to ensure seamless data flow from Salesforce CRM, CDPs, or external systems into SFMC

  • Use Contact Builder and Data Extensions to manage subscriber data and segmentation strategies

Analytics & Reporting

  • Track and analyse campaign performance using SFMC reports, Google Analytics, and CRM insights

  • Provide actionable recommendations to enhance campaign effectiveness and customer experience

  • Develop dashboards and visual reports for key stakeholders

Platform & Process Support

  • Ensure campaign QA and compliance with data privacy, GDPR, and opt-out policies

  • Maintain marketing automation documentation and support process standardisation

  • Stay current with platform updates, new features, and best practices

Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement

  • Partner with marketers, designers, and product teams to align marketing technology solutions with business goals

Required Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing , IT, Business, or a related field

  • 3+ years of experience working with Salesforce Marketing Cloud

  • Hands-on experience with SFMC modules (Email Studio, Journey Builder, Automation Studio, Contact Builder)

  • Strong knowledge of HTML, AMPscript , and SQL for email personalisation and data queries

  • Experience working with customer data, segmentation, and campaign metrics

  • Solid understanding of marketing principles, customer lifecycle management, and digital engagement

  • Salesforce Marketing Cloud certifications (Email Specialist, Marketing Cloud Consultant) preferred

  • Familiarity with Salesforce CRM, Data Cloud, or related tools is a plus
