How you'll role As the Senior Salesforce Developer, you will lead the development and implementation of strategic plans and initiatives that drive growth and enhance operational efficiencies within the organization. You'll work closely with teams to ensure alignment with business goals, utilizing your analytical abilities to assess market opportunities and optimize processes. What you'll do Design and develop scalable Salesforce solutions using Apex, OmniScript, Flows, and Lightning Web Components Collaborate with product owners, architects, and business analysts to gather requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions Lead and support all phases of the software development lifecycle, including planning, development, testing, deployment, and support Leverage Salesforce Financial Services Cloud, Service Cloud, and other relevant Salesforce products to deliver tailored solutions Ensure best practices in DevOps, version control, testing, and code quality are followed Mentor junior developers and serve as a technical expert for cross-functional teams Monitor and optimize application performance and scalability Integrate with external systems using RESTful APIs and manage data flow across platforms What you'll need Grade 12 / National Senior Certificate or equivalent 6 years of experience developing Salesforce solutions Solid experience in both front-end and back-end development Relevant Salesforce certifications Preferred Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field Experience working with Salesforce Financial Services Cloud and Service Cloud Technical Skills & Expertise Salesforce: Apex, Lightning Web Components, OmniScript, Flow Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, data models, and integration patterns Experience with Salesforce Data Cloud and Marketing Cloud is advantageous Front-end development: Responsive design, browser performance, and optimization techniques Back-end development: Advanced programming, algorithms, and design patterns DevOps and SDLC methodologies Version control (e.g., Git) Testing frameworks and practices RESTful API design and third-party integration Cloud platforms: AWS or Azure Microservices and event-driven architecture Containerization and deployment via Kubernetes Database technologies: SQL and NoSQL, with a focus on performance and optimization Familiarity with front-end build tools and package managers

Job Description: We are seeking a proactive and technically skilled Automation Engineer with hands-on experience in Rewst to join our growing team. This role is pivotal in driving operational efficiency by designing, implementing, and optimising automated workflows across our service platforms. You will work closely with service desk teams, technical leads, and platform owners to identify automation opportunities and deliver scalable solutions using Rewst.

Key Responsibilities

  • Workflow Design & Implementation: Build and maintain Rewst workflows, forms, and crates to automate repetitive or labour-intensive tasks across systems such as Microsoft 365, ConnectWise, Datto RMM, Pax8, and SentinelOne
  • Platform Integration: Configure and manage API integrations between Rewst and third-party platforms, ensuring secure and reliable data exchange
  • Process Optimisation: Collaborate with stakeholders to identify automation opportunities, reduce manual effort, and improve service delivery times.
  • Monitoring & Reporting: Track workflow performance, success rates, and time savings. Use Rewst analytics to report on automation ROI and recommend improvements
  • Documentation & Training: Maintain clear documentation for all workflows and provide training to internal teams on how to use Rewst tools effectively
  • Innovation & Continuous Improvement: Stay up to date with Rewst platform updates, participate in community forums (e.g. Cluck University, Discord), and contribute to the evolution of our automation strategy.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in a second-line support role within an MSP or enterprise IT environment.
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft technologies including:
  • Active Directory
  • Exchange
  • Windows Server
  • Office 365
  • Experience with RMM platforms such as Datto, or N-able.
  • Proven experience with Rewst or similar automation platforms (e.g. Zapier, Power Automate, Integromat).
  • Exposure to or interest in automation platforms such as Rewst.
  • Strong understanding of API integrations and workflow logic.
  • Familiarity with scripting languages (e.g. Python, Jinja templating).
  • Experience working in an MSP or IT service environment.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and documentation skills.
  • Rewst Certified (via Cluck University or equivalent).
  • Familiar with working to SLA’s to meet both customer and contract requirements
  • Working as part of a wider service delivery function.

Role Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and skilled Senior Associate – Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) professional to support the implementation, optimisation, and management of digital marketing campaigns through Salesforce Marketing Cloud. In this role, you will work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, technology, and data teams, to deliver personalised, automated, and insight-driven customer journeys that drive engagement and ROI.

Key Responsibilities:

Campaign Execution & Automation

  • Design, build, and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns using SFMC tools such as Email Studio, Journey Builder, Mobile Studio, and Automation Studio

  • Implement dynamic and personalised content strategies based on customer segmentation, behaviours, and lifecycle stages

  • Manage campaign configuration, testing, deployment, and performance monitoring

Customer Journey & Data Integration

  • Create and optimise customer journeys that drive engagement, conversion, and retention

  • Collaborate with data teams to ensure seamless data flow from Salesforce CRM, CDPs, or external systems into SFMC

  • Use Contact Builder and Data Extensions to manage subscriber data and segmentation strategies

Analytics & Reporting

  • Track and analyse campaign performance using SFMC reports, Google Analytics, and CRM insights

  • Provide actionable recommendations to enhance campaign effectiveness and customer experience

  • Develop dashboards and visual reports for key stakeholders

Platform & Process Support

  • Ensure campaign QA and compliance with data privacy, GDPR, and opt-out policies

  • Maintain marketing automation documentation and support process standardisation

  • Stay current with platform updates, new features, and best practices

Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement

  • Partner with marketers, designers, and product teams to align marketing technology solutions with business goals

Required Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing , IT, Business, or a related field

  • 3+ years of experience working with Salesforce Marketing Cloud

  • Hands-on experience with SFMC modules (Email Studio, Journey Builder, Automation Studio, Contact Builder)

  • Strong knowledge of HTML, AMPscript , and SQL for email personalisation and data queries

  • Experience working with customer data, segmentation, and campaign metrics

  • Solid understanding of marketing principles, customer lifecycle management, and digital engagement

  • Salesforce Marketing Cloud certifications (Email Specialist, Marketing Cloud Consultant) preferred
