Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end Salesforce development projects from design to deployment.

• Collaborate with Product Owners, Architects, and Business Analysts to gather technical requirements.

Required Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.

• 5+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience.

• Strong experience with Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, and SOQL/SOSL.

• Proven expertise with Salesforce configuration, security model, workflows, and process automation tools (e.g., Flow).

• Experience integrating Salesforce with external systems via REST/SOAP APIs and middleware (e.g., MuleSoft, Boomi).

• Deep understanding of Salesforce DX, packaging, and deployment strategies.

• Strong grasp of software engineering fundamentals, object-oriented programming, and design patterns.

• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and modern DevOps practices.

• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.

• Salesforce Platform Developer I & II certifications are highly desirable.

Preferred Skills & Competencies

• Experience in Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and/or Experience Cloud implementation projects.

• Knowledge of enterprise application architecture and cloud computing principles.

• Familiarity with version control tools (e.g., Git), CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, Copado), and test automation.

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Developer to join our high-performing team. You will play a critical role in customizing sales processes and ensuring scalable, out of the box architecture across the Salesforce ecosystem. As a Salesforce developer, you will work independently and collaboratively, partnering with cross-functional stakeholders, and contributing to enterprise-wide Salesforce initiatives. This role requires deep technical expertise in Sales Cloud, strong Data Model, and a solution-oriented mindset. Your expertise will drive the success of our Sales Transformation initiative and contribute to our continuous improvement and growth.

Responsibilities

• Analyze business requirements, translating those requirements into customized solutions using the Salesforce platform.

• Strong experience and knowledge in Salesforce Sales Cloud processes and capabilities.

• Implement Salesforce solutions that adhere to platform best practices. Typical Salesforce implementations include custom platform development (Apex, Visualforce, Aura & Lightning Components, Web Services and API), integrations with back-office systems (often using middleware tools) and complex data migrations.

• Automate business processes using Salesforce automation tools, such as Flows, Workflows, Formulas, Assignment Rules, and email Alerts

• Design and implement Quote to Cash solutions using Salesforce CPQ

• Assist with each release cycle to implement and deploy new/updates to existing applications and code.

• Communicate and work effectively with cross functional teams including business teams, product teams, global IT Apps, teams, consultants & vendors.

• Participate in daily scrum meetings, analyze assigned user stories, identify/resolve gaps in functional user stories/business

Requirements

• Coordinate and support deployment of releases

• Adhere to high-quality development principles while delivering solutions on-time and on-budget.

• Participate in UAT and production deployments to ensure successful project delivery.

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field.

• Experience with multi-org and multi-currency Salesforce implementations.

• 4+ years of Salesforce development experience

  Salesforce Sales Cloud, Data Loader, Relational Database, SQL, SOQL, Flows, Automation (Required)
