Experience:

Role Context
Customer Service
- All client requests are responded to within 24 hours
- Customer visits as per schedule
- Plant / process audits and site visits as and when requested
- Customer satisfaction is maintained
- Stock takes on customers’ sites as and when required
- Customer information is captured after each visit
- Weekly call plans and site visit reports are submitted to Manager
- All expenditures are reconciled by due date
- Ensure quotations are completed as and when required
- Marketing material collected before visits
- Quotation and probability feedback after each visit
- Attendance and participation at exhibitions as discussed with Manager
- Market research is conducted in designated areas
- Presentations are delivered to customer as required
- Opportunities are supported with point-of-sale material

Our Sales Development Manager is responsible for identifying, targeting, and securing new clients across various channels to drive business growth. This role involves prospecting potential leads, creating and communicating stories for business growth, and effectively closing deals. This role works closely with the brand growth team to develop strategies that attract and convert prospects into loyal clients, aiming to achieve a target of closing 2-4 clients per month. Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills are essential for success in this position.
Your Responsibilities:
Identify, engage, qualify, and close new eCommerce brands to drive gross margin goals utilizing various cold outreach tools (e.g. email, phone, LinkedIn).
Plan workload, generate and maintain quotes/contracts, forecast sales, develop roadmaps, and document interactions.
Understand and research diverse business models and industry verticals to better understand the needs of our prospects and communicate effective solutions.
Maintain a robust sales funnel to meet business growth targets with attention to speed and prospect experience at every stage in the sales process.
Collaborate with the Business Development Director and Brand Growth team and identify opportunities for client growth and refine service offerings.
Network with industry leaders, clients, and service providers to identify growth opportunities and the businesses they steward.
Own and drive stakeholder engagement for prospects you manage, along with the internal communications required to onboard them.
Build enduring and trust-based relationships with internal and external partners to advance the client as one of the most trusted names in eCommerce services.
Evaluate the effectiveness of assigned programs and initiatives to improve efficiency and cost-effectiveness with participating stakeholders.
Develop and deliver executive level presentations.
