We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Sales Supervisor to oversee our sales team and drive revenue growth. The Sales Supervisor will be responsible for managing a team of sales representatives, setting sales targets, developing sales strategies, and monitoring performance. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales management, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to motivate and inspire their team to achieve sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and motivate a team of sales representatives to achieve sales targets and company objectives

    The Sales Lead reports directly to the Sales Manager-China Market. This position is responsible for: a. generating sales through agent army, b. marketing the enterprise and corporate products and all other Mukuru products, this involves marketing collateral in all sending countries, c.     • Providing advice and guidance to agents
    • Analyse and monitor transaction statistics
    • Motivate and strategize on how to incentivise the agent army
    • To activate agents for new corridors
    • To ensure sufficient stock of marketing collateral is available
    • Engage with potential customers and market the enterprise product.
    • Custodianship of the Mukuru brand and maintenance of that standard.
    • Engaging with ex-pat communities to understand their remittance needs
    • Establish the viability of potential new corridors
    • Engage new biz dev and projects regarding new potential corridors
    • Conducting marketing research and write reports in BIP markets
    • Conduct multiple domestic and international visits to sales agents

    Duties & Responsibilities

    • Communication (Internal/External) with customers, DC, Internal sales, project team, finance, plants.
