Pavago is hiring a high-energy Senior outbound Sales representative to drive event bookings and partnerships for our client, Aya House—a premier space for retreats, wellness events, and creative activations. In this role, you’ll focus on outbound outreach, relationship-building, and closing deals with professionals, organizations, and changemakers. Success means consistently converting leads into confirmed rentals and long-term partnerships. Responsibilities:
- Proactive Lead Outreach: Execute daily outbound campaigns—minimum 10 phone calls and 200 combined outreach touches (calls, emails, and texts)—to connect with prospects across wellness, creative, and corporate sectors in Michigan.
- Appointment Booking & Qualification: Set up qualified appointments and space tours using Perfect Venue and CRM systems. Identify and prioritize high-intent leads from cold outreach and inbound inquiries.
- Develop and Manage Partnerships: Build strong relationships with community leaders, organizations, and professionals to secure event bookings and long-term venue partnerships.
- Promote Venue Services: Present Aya House as a premium destination for retreats, wellness events, team offsites, brand activations, and creative pop-ups.
- Coordinate Client Engagement: Respond to rental inquiries, lead virtual or in-person tours, and provide expert consultation to guide clients through the booking process.
- Prepare Proposals and Close Deals: Create tailored rental proposals, quotes, and agreements that align with client needs and close bookings efficiently.
- Maximize Client Value: Upsell additional services and re-engage past clients to increase repeat bookings and deepen relationships.
- Maintain CRM and Reporting Accuracy: Track leads, communication, bookings, and commissions using provided tools to ensure data integrity and performance visibility.
- Ensure Exceptional Client Experience: Collaborate with internal teams to deliver seamless, high-quality service from initial inquiry through event execution.
- Client Follow-Up: Conduct timely follow-ups with clients through email, phone calls, and text messages to ensure continued engagement and move prospects through the booking process.

Your responsibilities will include reaching out to warm leads, educating clients on account setup, and assisting them through the registration and funding process. You will be expected to build strong relationships with clients, address their concerns, and ensure they have a seamless onboarding experience. Additionally, you will collaborate closely with the sales and support teams to enhance conversion rates and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.

Key Duties and Responsibilities, including but not limited to:
- Customer Communication: communicate with customers clearly, empathically and professionally in a friendly manner by guiding potential new customers through the company' onboarding process addressing any questions or concerns they may have with regards to our trading platform by effectively listening and understanding their needs providing appropriate solutions in order to obtain a sign up
- Customer Onboarding: authenticate the customer by accurately obtaining their personal information to establish if they are eligible to trade on our platform as per the FSCA guidelines and procedures, setting up accounts by explaining the steps and necessary guidelines to trade on our platform effectively, mitigating all possible risk
- Customer Success: to ensure that customers sign up on the first call by securing a FTD (first time deposit) and ensuring that the successful integration of new customers is done by helping customers achieve their desired outcomes from out platform focusing on customer success which will foster long-term trading satisfaction and loyalty
- Product Knowledge: knowledge of the company' trading platform which will enable you to demonstrate the value and features of offerings to customers during the onboarding process
- Collaboration: collaborate with internal teams to address issues or factors that may impact customers decisions to ensure a cohesive approach to customer retention, maximising on opportunities and the company' revenue growth
- Sales Performance: meet and exceed daily, weekly and monthly first-time deposits (FTD)
- Dialler Activity: Achieve and maintain daily required total calls and talk time
- Customer Feedback: gather accurate feedback from customers to provide a valuable onboarding process by providing a clear and concise report to the success management team to ensure that they can give the best trading opportunities, customer and the company experience to our customers
- Trading Market Knowledge: stay up to date with trading trends, platforms, business news and market dynamics and utilize this knowledge to develop onboarding strategies for overall customer satisfaction
- Problem Solving: assist customers with any onboarding issues, escalating problems to your team leader where necessary and collaborating with team members to resolve customer concerns promptly
- Training and Development: attend inhouse training and development opportunities to help understand our services to fully utilize our platform ensuring that customers utilize the offers and get the most value out of it
- Risk Management: follow the company' process of identifying, evaluating, risk identification, measurement, assessment, governance, best practice, reporting and mitigating business and customer risks
- Reporting and Analysis: Maintain and keep accurate records and reports of customer interactions, onboarding documentation, tracking metrics and need analysis by preparing and submitting reports
- Matric or equivalent
- 2 years + proven experience in a high performing sale, finance, or call centre environment
- 1-year online trading experience with be advantageous
- RE5 and Class of Business (Investments & Short/ Long Term Deposits) will be advantageous (would need to be obtained within first 3 months of employment)
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build rapport and trust with customers

Requirements
Qualifications:
- 2+ years experience in B2B sales, business development, or outbound prospecting
- Experience with cold calling, email outreach, and LinkedIn prospecting
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Excellent organisational and time management abilities
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Ability to work independently and remotely
- Experience with CRM systems and sales automation tools
- HubSpot/Salesforce/Pipedrive CRM experience
- LinkedIn Sales Navigator proficiency
- Typing speed 50+ words per minute
- A clean and professional remote work environment
- Fast internet, a second monitor and a fast computer
- Experience with cold email platforms (Apollo, Outreach, etc.)
- Previous exposure to Tech, SaaS, FinTech, Cybersecurity, Marketing, or E-commerce industries
- Experience with sales automation and prospecting tools
- Track record of booking 20+ qualified meetings per month
