Summary Of Duties And Responsibilities.
You will be responsible for development, planning and execution of tailored and targeted local tactical and strategic marketing campaigns that drive the achievement of desired results for a selection of the Group’s companies. You will need to maintain all campaign areas starting from a planning phase, campaign strategy, creating content/copy, through to creative concepts, design where required, roll-out using various resources, continual management and effectiveness reporting.
Main Responsibilities
- Develop and prepare detailed marketing campaign strategies, activity plans and briefs
- Present marketing campaign plans to internal and external stakeholders to mobilise required campaign activities
- Create copy, content and design elements where required for the campaigns
- Collaborate closely with senior management ensuring that there is full visibility and reporting on campaigns
- Proactively co-ordinate and execute marketing campaigns across all elements
- Work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholder to meet campaign output requirements
- Meet deadlines based on marketing activity plans.
- Evaluate and Analyse campaign performance and results and recommend new ways of optimising future activity
- Assist in marketing research and information gathering
- Any other Marketing projects as required

Experience & Qualifications
- Minimum 2–4 years of experience in marketing, project coordination, or campaign management
- Relevant diploma or degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field
- Proven track record of coordinating integrated marketing campaigns (digital and traditional) from planning through to execution and reporting
- Strong project coordination skills — able to manage timelines, stakeholders, and deliverables across multiple simultaneous campaigns
- Experience creating and managing campaign briefs, tracking progress, and ensuring all assets and actions are delivered on time and on brand
- Ability to work closely with design, content, digital, and external suppliers to bring campaigns to life
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong interpersonal skills — able to build relationships across teams and departments
- Confident in following up and keeping everyone aligned without losing a friendly, professional tone
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail
- Comfortable using project management tools (e.g., Monday.com, Asana, Trello, or similar)
- Ability to gather and interpret performance metrics and campaign data for reporting purposes
- Familiarity with social media platforms, digital advertising, and email marketing is a plus
- Ability to contribute ideas to improve campaign performance and execution
- Enthusiastic, proactive, and solutions-focused attitude
- Interest in staying updated on marketing trends and applying relevant insights to campaigns
- Thrives in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
