The DevOps Engineer is a seasoned subject matter expert, responsible for consulting with internal clients about the software technology environment with medium to high complexity.
This role translates business requirements into technology terms and develops more complex algorithms and programming code for software solutions.
The primary objective of the DevOps Engineer is to design, test, implement and maintain software code that enables computer systems to perform specific tasks and assists with determining how technology can be applied to meet client needs.
**Key responsibilities:**
+ Works closely with Platform Specialists to receive detailed business/user requirement specifications that identify the goals of the program.
+ Assists with the preparation of a technical requirements document, including systems and flowcharts that diagrammatically show how the information will flow through the computer and its peripheral or related equipment.
+ Analyzes business requirements and ensures that the designed solution meets those requirements.

+ Converts a design into a complete information system. + Ensures that throughout the development phase, the process is documented including the development procedures for application use and security.
+ Examines any program errors in logic and data and makes the necessary recommendations to correct the program as required and/or escalate the problem accordingly.
+ Works with the required teams to assist with the installation and deployment of the application.
+ Assists with implementation preparation and implementation of the solution into a production environment.
+ Assists with the resolution of any problems identified in the integration and test phases.
+ Supports all the code sets and implementations that have been implemented in production in accordance with defined Service Level Agreements (SLAs) for the business.
+ Writes and distributes the task descriptions in a production environment to operate and maintain the solution that has been designed and implemented.

The Role

  • LeadCRM optimization and ensure data integrity and accuracy across sales platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).Liaise with upstream and downstream stakeholders for data quality improvement.
  • Drivecontinuous improvement initiatives to enhance sales velocity and client acquisition.
  • Maintain standard pricing and associated toolsets and templates for efficient commercial proposal generation.
  • Collaborate with Marketing and Product teams to align GTM strategies and lead management processes.
  • Deal Governance
    • Provide specialized opportunity assistance where custom commercial proposals might be required.
    • Maintain and enforce the opportunity governance framework.
    • Assist with re-contracting existing clients on standardized commercial models.
  • Design and implement scalable sales framework, processes, tools, artifacts, and systems to support a high-performing sales organization.
  • Ensure alignment betweenSales, Marketing, and Productteams to create effective sales content.
  • Custodian of all Sales Assets.
  • Support onboarding and ongoing training programs for commercial team members.

Skills and Experience

Successful candidates for this role will generally possess the following qualifications and skills:

  • 7+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or related roles inSaaS or Fintech .

We are looking for a talented Sales Operations Supervisor for our call center!

Objective:

To supervise the development of the phone agents within their team, assuring the compliance of the performance and quality indicators established by the client.

Main Activities:

  • Elaborate weekly productivity reports.
  • Take escalation calls according to the line of business being supervised.
  • Monitor and audit calls for the correct follow-up of the procedures and guideline established by the client.
  • Coordinating calibration sessions with the phone agents while listening to calls and sharing the best practices.
  • Providing weekly feedback (or according to the necessity) to the agents under their management about the areas of opportunity or the compliance of the procedures.
  • Providing follow-up to the permits, medical leaves, or requests for administrative documents.
  • Provide support on the integration and training of new hires.

Requirements:

Education & Experience

  • Matric Certificate (bachelor’s degree preferred)
  • English B2 - C1 Berlitz or business
  • Availability to commit to a schedule Monday - Sunday (5 days work week) Multiple Schedules
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a call center environment
  • Proven experience as a supervisor or team lead in a call center environment
  • Experienced in sales (minimum of 1-2 years).

Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Sales campaign management or support
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Proficiency with call center technology (e.g., CRM systems, dialers, performance monitoring
  • tools).
