    • Partner with internal teams and external partners to implement solutions and resolve issues.
    • Interface regularly with key customers and analyze market and competitor developments.
    • Prepare and report monthly sales figures with variance analysis.
    • Identify product improvements or new products through industry research.
    • Maintain professional knowledge via workshops, exhibitions, publications, and networking.
    Requirements
    • Proven success in closing deals and exceeding sales targets.
    • Ability to write detailed proposals and reports.
    • Capable of working independently and in teams.
    • Self-motivated, competitive, confident, and persuasive.
    • Excellent presentation and customer service skills.
    • Proven negotiation and deal-closing abilities.
    • Creativity and passion for sales.
    • Advanced skills in MS Office, CRM, and BRM tools.
    • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
    Education & Experience
    • Relevant tertiary qualification.
    • At least five years of sales experience, with three years in the agricultural supply chain.
    • Understanding of web and mobile applications, RFID/barcode technology, IoT, GPS devices, and factory integration equipment.
    • Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle.
    Additional Information

    This role requires extensive travel throughout South Africa.
