Qualifications

  • At least 3 years' sales experience in a Technical Environment, preferably from the Testing, Inspection and Certification (TIC) Industry
  • At least 3 years of leadership experience as Manager for a medium-sized team of employees or multiple small teams
  • At least 2 years of experience working in/ with intercultural teams
  • User knowledge in MS Office, , SAP CRM

1.   GENERAL DESCRIPTION

  • Align engine sales with service plans, parts supply, and technical support packages to provide a full-service offering.
  • Ensure a quote-to-sale conversion rate above 25% through effective value communication and relationship management.

3.   TECHNICAL PROMOTION:

With support from internal technical and service teams, the External Sales Support role is responsible for:

  • Demonstrating the performance advantages of Deutz engines, aligned to the customer's operational needs.
  • Promoting the environmental and efficiency benefits of Diesel Particulate Filters (DPFs) as part of the broader engine solution.
  • Presenting the strengths and benefits of MB and Detroit engines, positioning them effectively in competitive environments.
