We are looking for high-calibre Sales Development Specialists to join our international team. In this role you will be dialling UK businesses, speaking to senior decision makers, and securing warm appointments for UK Sales Consultants. This is not a generic call-centre job it requires professionalism, resilience, and the ability to engage confidently with business owners.
You will be the first point of contact for our customers, creating a positive first impression, qualifying needs, and either transferring calls directly or booking follow-up appointments. Success in this role comes from building quick rapport, handling objections effectively, and consistently meeting daily and weekly KPIs.
Key Responsibilities- Outbound dialling into UK SMEs using pre-qualified data.
- Speak confidently to senior decision makers and build initial rapport.
- Qualify interest and needs, and set up seamless appointments for UK Sales Consultants.
- Handle objections professionally using structured call flows.
- Capture accurate business insights and update CRM records.
- Achieve and exceed KPIs: dials, talk time, appointment set rates, and conversions.
- Deliver a consistently professional, customer-first experience on every call.
- Minimum 12 months B2B or B2C telesales / lead generation experience (appointment setting highly advantageous).
