We are seeking an experienced, entrepreneurial Full-Cycle Sales Account Executive to own the full sales cycle of high-value Data & AI education solutions. This remote role is open exclusively to candidates based in South Africa (Cape Town preferred).

Responsibilities- Strategic Pipeline Development: Identify and qualify high-value B2B clients across the UK. Engage with C-level stakeholders, Heads of L&D, and Data leaders.
- Full Sales Cycle Ownership: Lead prospecting, outreach, discovery, pitch, negotiation, and contract closure.
- Consultative Sales: Understand client needs and position tailored Data & AI solutions to unlock business value.
- Outbound Execution: Leverage Hubspot, CloudTalk, LinkedIn, cold outreach, and custom sales scripts to generate new leads.
- CRM & Sales Process Management: Apply frameworks like BANT and MEDPPIC to track and forecast deals in Hubspot CRM.
- Collaboration: Partner with founders and subject matter experts to co-create proposals and presentations.
- Market Feedback: Report insights from conversations to influence product development and customer success strategy.
- Contract Negotiation: Handle commercial discussions and liaise with client procurement/legal teams.
- Thought Leadership: Represent the company as a credible voice in Data & AI transformation initiatives.
- 3+ years of B2B sales experience, preferably in tech, SaaS, or learning & development.
- Strong hunter profile: ability to independently build and manage your sales pipeline.
- Demonstrated success closing six-figure+ enterprise deals.
- Deep knowledge of BANT, MEDPPIC, or similar qualification methodologies.
- Skilled in outbound channels: cold calling, email, LinkedIn, and networking.
- CRM proficiency - preferably Hubspot.
- Native-level English fluency - both spoken and written.
- Must be based in Cape Town, South Africa with access to reliable internet.
- Passion for Data, AI, and workforce upskilling.
- Competitive salary: R30,000 - R60,000/month (depending on experience) + commission
