Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Sage 200 Consultant located in Johannesburg, South Africa. Some work from home is acceptable. The Sage 200 Consultant will be responsible for the implementation, training, and support of Sage 200 systems. Day-to-day tasks include conducting system assessments, performing installations and configurations, providing end-user training, troubleshooting issues, and offering ongoing support to clients.

Qualifications

  • Experience with Sage 200 software implementation and support
  • Skills in training end users and providing comprehensive support
  • Ability to conduct system assessments and perform software installations
  • Proficiency in diagnosing and troubleshooting technical issues
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment
  • Flexible and adaptable to hybrid working arrangements
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Accounting, or related field is advantageous
