The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, testing, and implementing automation solutions using Python and RPA tools. The candidate should have experience in developing end-to-end RPA solutions, be proficient in Python programming, and have a strong understanding of software development principles.

• Develop and maintain RPA solutions using Python and RPA tools.
• Analyze business processes and design automated workflows.
• Collaborate with other developers and stakeholders to identify automation opportunities.
• Design, develop, test, and deploy automation solutions.
• Conduct code reviews and perform maintenance activities.
• Troubleshoot issues and provide support to end-users.
• Document the development process and maintain technical documentation.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest RPA and Python technologies.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in RPA development using Python.
• Experience in developing end-to-end RPA solutions.
• Proficiency in Python programming and related libraries such as pandas, numpy, and matplotlib.
• Understanding of software development principles, including version control, testing, and deployment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

As a Robotic Process Automation Expert / Developer, your responsibilities will include:

• Operate with a deep understanding of the Blue Prism Platform and its functionalities for solution design and implementation.
• Design, build and test complex automation processes that will interact with multiple third-party applications.
• Design and develop web applications using HTML.
• Identification of new automation opportunities and improvements in existing processes.
• Coding experience in languages such as C, C#, Visual Basic, Java, and Python.
• Broad technology knowledge including specific development technologies such as .NET, Workflow Foundation, or database technologies such as SQL Server, SSIS/SSRS, and analytics tools in addition to Blue Prism expertise.
• An aptitude to liaise with senior-level customer representatives in a rational and measured manner to communicate progress, issues, risks, and solutions.

Education:

• IT Related Degree or IT Related Diploma
• Blue Prism Certification

Experience:

• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in software development lifecycle.
• Integration frameworks & techniques, Web frameworks e.g. Angular will be beneficial.
• Experience with SQL, XML, and JSON.
• Scripting experience using Python, Perl, Visual Basic, or Shell script.
• Exceptional analytical, conceptual, and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience in enterprise software development methodologies.
• Highly self-motivated to deliver both independently and with strong team collaboration.
• Strong written and oral communications along with presentation and interpersonal skills.

Monthly Salary: Market related

We are now looking for a driven Senior Blue Prism experienced RPA Developer to join our digital journey and help us streamline operations through cutting-edge automation solutions.

As an RPA Developer , you will play a critical role in designing, developing, and deploying Robotic Process Automation (RPA) solutions that enhance efficiency, reduce operational costs, and improve accuracy across business processes. You''ll work closely with cross-functional teams to identify automation opportunities and deliver impactful solutions using tools such as UiPath, Power Automate, or Blue Prism.

Requirements:

• Degree or equivalent qualification in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field
• 4 to 6 Years Blue Prism experience required
• Proficiency in RPA tools such as UiPath, Automation Anywhere, or similar platforms is an added advantage
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in Business Intelligence (BI), systems integration, automation, and data analytics
• Software Development background (JavaScript/ Java/ C#/ Python)
• Strong expertise in integrating mining systems (MES/SCADA) with BI and automation technologies, including RPA and AI solutions
• Proven capability in applying Business Intelligence tools such as Power BI, SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS), and related analytical platforms
• Be declared medically fit for the position and environment, as determined by a risk-based medical examination at the Occupational Health Centre and pass a Heat Tolerance Screening test, and such other tests as may be required to assess the applicant’s suitability for employment

• Actively engage with internal and external stakeholders to identify opportunities to automate processes within the mine’s operations and BI requirements
• Develop, design, and deploy BI, and real-time decision-making solutions to meet operational-specific needs through integrating solutions with existing BI systems
