What you'll be doing

1. Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external customers
2. Recruit, select, manage, and develop people to meet competence requirements

4. Manage implementation and integration of new initiatives to achieve project goals
5. Participate in general store operational duties
6. Supervise and coach staff to meet competence requirements

1. Grade 11 or NQF3 completed, and Grade 12 will be advantageous
2. Retail and/or Business Management Diploma would be advantageous
3. 3-5 years role experience as a Clothing Department Manager in Retail
4. Retail experience highly advantageous
5. Team Management experience would be advantageous
6. Leadership and Management experience would be advantageous
7. Ability to work shifts that meet operational requirements
