Responsibilities- The Team Supervisor will be responsible for leading and managing a team within the plant ensuring productivity, quality output, safety, compliance and adherence to company policies. This role involves supervising daily operations, managing staff performance, allocating resources effectively and fostering a positive and engaged work environment to meet organizational objectives.

The Campus Protection Unit invites suitably qualified candidates to join their team.
Main ObjectivesTo provide a 24-hour security service to guard university property and assets and to satisfy the needs of staff, students, and parents, to provide a safe and secure environment for academic studies and activities. In addition, manage a 24-hour Security Control Room and Help Desk on campus.
The RequirementsGrade 12 with 3 years’ relevant experience, and registration as a security officer Grade B in terms of the Security Industry Regulations Act no 56 of 2001, with no previous Schedule criminal convictions. New entrants must produce a current Police Clearance Certificate.
- At least 1 year of supervisory experience in a supervisory or team leader position.
- Be in possession of a Supervision Certificate.
- Previous experience in security and working within the regulations laid down by the Security Industry Regulations Act No. 56 of 2001.
- Experience in taking statements and writing reports.
- Must have a valid driver’s license.
- Previous University and/or College Campus experience will be an advantage.

Responsibilities- Ensure that tyre fitters comply with the Otraco Management System (OMS) policies, procedures, and instructions.
- Lead tyre fitters to perform tyre fitting and workshop maintenance tasks efficiently, safely, and cost-effectively.
- Prioritize and direct personnel to perform tyre fitting and workshop maintenance tasks in the most efficient, safe, and cost-effective manner.
- Perform corrective action requests from auditors.
- Mount and strip any type of tyre and wheel/rim assembly according to established procedures.
- Lead tyre fitters in maintaining a high level of service quality to clients.
