What Youll Be Doing:

• Develop retail as a standalone business unit across multiple outlets

Who Were Looking For:

• Minimum 5 years experience in retail buying and merchandising within homeware, lifestyle, or hospitality sectors

• Proven strength in product development, range planning, and supplier management

• Experience in boutique or premium retail environments

• Familiarity with sustainability-focused sourcing is an advantage

• Commercially driven with the ability to interpret sales data and make strategic decisions

• Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and POS systems (MICROS advantageous)

• Reliable transport required

• South African citizenship and clear criminal record essential

Qualifications:

Matric

Bachelor's degree in Data Management, Business Analytics, Information Technology, or a related field

Certification in data management, business intelligence, or similar fields (e.g., CDMP, Microsoft Certified: Data Analyst Associate)

Strong proficiency in SQL and other data management tools

Knowledge of data warehousing and ETL processes

• Develop and execute comprehensive Retail Design & Visual Merchandising strategies that align with global brand guidelines and local market specificities for all L'Oréal Luxe brands, including Lancôme, Giorgio Armani Beauty, Yves Saint Laurent Beauty, Kiehl's, and Maison Margiela.
• Plan and manage the Retail Design and Visual Merchandising calendar, coordinating with marketing, sales, supply chain teams, retail partners, and suppliers to ensure timely execution of campaigns and new product launches.
