Qualifications:
Matric
Bachelor's degree in Data Management, Business Analytics, Information Technology, or a related field
Certification in data management, business intelligence, or similar fields (e.g., CDMP, Microsoft Certified: Data Analyst Associate)
Strong proficiency in SQL and other data management tools
Knowledge of data warehousing and ETL processes
Familiarity with CRM and sales platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) is a plus
3+ years of experience in data management, data analysis, or a related role, preferably in the retail, sales, or merchandising industry

Key Responsibilities Strategy & Planning :- Develop and execute comprehensive Retail Design & Visual Merchandising strategies that align with global brand guidelines and local market specificities for all L'Oréal Luxe brands, including Lancôme, Giorgio Armani Beauty, Yves Saint Laurent Beauty, Kiehl's, and Maison Margiela.
- Plan and manage the Retail Design and Visual Merchandising calendar, coordinating with marketing, sales, supply chain teams, retail partners, and suppliers to ensure timely execution of campaigns and new product launches.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and best practices in visual merchandising, continuously seeking innovative ways to enhance consumer engagement.
