Job Purpose
The Retail Key Accounts Manager will support thedevelopment and management of efficient and effective relationships with keyaccounts, specifically across all major retailers. The role will ensure thatcustomer requests, inquiries, returns, and complaints are resolved timeously.It will also assist in the execution of Vector Logistics’ Retail Key AccountManagement framework and contribute to the company’s strategic, financial, andcommercial growth objectives. Having a background in Retail will be highlyadvantageous.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the development and strengthening ofrelationships with key accounts across all major retailers to ensure customersatisfaction and retention.
- Assist in driving the Retail Key Account Management framework in line withVector Logistics’ commercial strategy.
- Contribute to building a viable commercial model for the business throughsound account management practices.
- Provide input and support for new and existing product development to drivegrowth.
- Collaborate with stakeholders on the implementation of various businessdevelopment initiatives.

- Bachelor’s Degree (3 years) / NQF Level 7(Essential).
- Up to 4 years of experience in operational execution and trade relationshipmanagement.
- Experience in sales and trade execution.

- Exposure to developing and leading teams will be advantageous.
- Robust IT skills with SAP experience.
- A background in logistics is ideal.
- Ability to build and manage relationships with buying groups and keystakeholders.

Reporting to the Sales and Marketing Director, your key outputs include:
- Responsible for achieving the sell-on sales budget for the allocated Accounts and subsequent tasks required in achieving the set targets.
- Develop, implement and monitor Strategic & Tactical Business Plans and co-ordinate all appropriate resources to enable achievement of business objectives for the allocated Accounts.

Duties And Responsibilities
Your responsibilities will include:
- Manage a portfolio of medium to enterprise customers, ensuring hands-on oversight and engagement.

- Collaborate with product and development teams by sharing customer feedback and participating in feature testing
- Become a specialist in all our products, in our customers, and in our market-positioning.
Skills Required
- 4+ years of experience in Account Management and Customer Success within a SaaS B2B recruitment or HR tech environment
- A relevant tertiary qualification in IT and/or commerce.
- Direct experience and understanding of recruitment technology and corporate HR business processes.
- Proven ability to drive retention, expansion, and customer satisfaction in a SaaS environment.
- Experience engaging and influencing C-level executives and senior stakeholders.
- Data-driven mindset with proficiency in CRM and customer success software (HubSpot, Intercom, Jira etc.).
- Project and/or change management experience would be advantageous

- Selling advertising space in a B2B magazine focused on the Pharmaceutical and Cosmetic Manufacturing industry, the website, digital products and any other supplements that are introduced.
